1. - Based on your own job search and work experiences, which do you prefer, working from home as a freelancer or working away from home where you receive a stable monthly salary? Why?

In particular, it fills me with happiness, remembering my work performance, my professional career for many years, for my work at the University where I belong now as a retired staff.

All this made me get the best results in my life, in my profession. I managed to improve my habits, my attitude, the ability to face my fears to have good interpersonal relationships, strength of self-esteem, recover my self-esteem and empower my life.

Receiving my salary in these conditions is fundamental, it allows me to have financial autonomy and personal freedom for my well-being, which goes hand in hand with achieving quality of life for my family.

By working as a freelancer, I can be my own boss and have more flexible hours, organising tasks as they best fit my lifestyle.

Freelancers can work in a variety of industries, as a professional providing their services to others, and often work on a project basis or on specific tasks for other companies, such as: graphic design, copywriting, programming, virtual assistant, digital marketing, content creation, web design, web developer, consulting and more.
For example, in our case, working on creating content on Hive, it is valuable to remember that what we have to put into it is ourselves, our knowledge, lifestyle, experiences and creativity.

I can be creative if I am willing to allow myself to take the opportunity to do what I love and what comes from my own inspiration.
I find it very apt to quote from the book Meditations for Women Who Do Too Much: "We all have a unique zone of creativity that is linked in a special way to our talents and personality. What I am really looking for is myself, and I myself am creative by nature" Anne Wilson Schaef.

It has been a source of pride for me to serve in this House of Studies, to contribute to the benefit of the students and now to dedicate some of my time as a content creator at Hive. I thank God for life and for having the opportunity to experience gratitude in both modes of work.

It is true that because of permanent employment, most of our time is spent outside the home, we all feel tired and it is normal, but what is important is to find a balance for and with ourselves.

Fortunately children grow up and we can give them certain activities, and it is our time to talk about rules, obligations and rights with the members of our family.
I believe that we all have a creative zone for freelance work, with the possibility of choosing projects, organising time and resources to attend to one or several clients at the same time.

Past experiences make me grow and mature, the struggle for personal growth is often hard and difficult, however I must be constant because I know that at the end of the day, the person who will benefit the most will be myself.

We must always remember that what we need, what we want and what we deserve, no one will do it for us, every day I have the opportunity and I thank God, to give my life new reasons to be happy, we must value and feel satisfied with what we do.

En particular, me llena de felicidad, recordar el desempeño de mi trabajo, mi carrera profesional por muchos años, por mi labor en la Universidad donde pertenezco ahora como personal jubilada.

Todo ello me hizo obtener los mejores resultados en mi vida, en mi profesión. Logrando mejorar mis hábitos, mi actitud, la capacidad de enfrentar mis miedos para tener buenas relaciones interpersonales, fortaleza de amor propio, recuperar mi autoestima y empoderar mi vida.

Recibir mi salario en estas condiciones es fundamental, me permite tener la autonomía financiera y la libertad personal para mi bienestar, el cual va de la mano en lograr la calidad de vida de mi familia.

Al trabajar como freelance, puedo ser mi propio jefe y dispongo de mayor flexibilidad horaria, organizando las tareas como se ajusten mejor a mi ritmo de vida.

Los freelancers pueden trabajar en una variedad de industrias, como un profesional que presta sus servicios a terceros, y suelen trabajar por proyectos o tareas específicas para otras empresas, como por ejemplo: diseño gráfico, redacción, programación, asistente virtual, marketing digital, creación de contenido, diseño web, desarrollador web, consultoría y más.

Por ejemplo, en nuestro caso, trabajar creando contenido en Hive, es valioso recordar que lo que tenemos que poner en ello es a nosotras mismas,nuestro conocimiento, estilo de vida, experiencias y creatividad.

Puedo ser creativa si estoy dispuesta a permitirme aprovechar la oportunidad de hacer lo que me gusta y lo que nace de mi propia inspiración.

Ha Sido un orgullo para mí prestar mis servicios en esa Casa de Estudios, contribuyendo al beneficio de los estudiantes y ahora dedicar un poco de mi tiempo como creadora de contenido en Hive. Agradezco a Dios por la vida y por tener la oportunidad de experimentar la gratitud en ambas modalidades de trabajo.

Es cierto que por el empleo permanente, la mayor parte del tiempo lo pasamos fuera del hogar, todas la personas sentimos cansancio y es normal, lo que sí es importante, es buscar el equilibrio por y para nosotras misma.

Afortunadamente los hijos crecen y podemos ir dándoles ciertas actividades, y es nuestro momento de hablar de reglas, obligaciones y derechos con los miembros de nuestra familia.

Creo que todos tenemos una zona de creatividad para el trabajo independiente, con la posibilidad de elegir proyectos, organizar el tiempo y los recursos para atender uno o varios clientes en simultáneo.

Las experiencias pasadas me hacen crecer y madurar, la lucha por el crecimiento personal es muchas veces dura y difícil, sin embargo debo ser constante porque sé que al final del día, la persona más beneficiada seré yo misma.

Debemos siempre recordar que lo que necesitamos, lo que queremos y lo que merecemos, ninguno lo hará por nosotras, todos los días tengo la oportunidad y doy gracias a Dios, de darle a
mi vida nuevos motivos para ser feliz debemos valorar y sentirnos satisfechas con lo que hacemos.
