I won't tell you that I got up early because the pills, which I am taking for my anxiety treatment, make me oversleep. I can tell you how I feel: strange but attentive to what is happening to me, which is relatively new; I try to be well, I don't know if once the month and a half of treatment is over I will be totally cured or if the nightmares or night terrors, which kept me almost seven months of hell, will continue.

If something is important to have peace, it is good sleep; I try to look for an explanation for this phenomenon that has disturbed my nerves in a great way. I like tranquility, doing things that attract me, arranging my plants, painting, among other activities; but it is not possible to control the external and you know that things are not good in my country.

I am at my son's house, recovering. There I feel cared for with a lot of love, I try to rest as much as I can. I am sleeping the eight hours I am supposed to. Today when I got up I sat for a while in front of the patio to drink coffee (fortunately they did not forbid me to do so, only to reduce the amount). There are many plants and birds, I saw some tiles that go to a bird feeder that my daughter-in-law made. I spent a lot of time watching them, it is nice to see the birds and the newly opened flowers of some plants that here they call "Bellas a las Once".

I tried to take pictures, but it is not easy, these birds fly at the slightest movement. I managed to get a few shots by putting magnification on the phone. The images of flowers inspired me to draw some watercolors. I entertained myself for a long time, until it was time for lunch.

In the afternoon my daughter-in-law gave me a hair treatment and my eldest daughter came to visit with her children, two girls and a boy, they played and ran around the yard and we took the opportunity to talk a lot, as we like so much.

A downpour came suddenly, my daughter went home quickly and I stayed with my daughter-in-law, while she finished fixing my hair. It was a good day. Now I have to wait for nine o'clock at night to take my pill and go to sleep.

In the meantime I will video call my loved ones, have a light dinner and enjoy some time with my grandchildren painting and then chat with my son who will tell me how his day's work was.
