Loh contest #220. Sedentary challenge, tips to reduce it

Most of us are either working from home or in a office, sitting for hours to get work done. What are the hacks or exercises you do to reduce sedentary challenges?

Working from home or in an office always come with some challenges more especially when we are sitting for hours in other to get our work done. Those who works in the Bank can testify this. More especially those who works on customer service care in bank's. I can remember whe i visited zenith Bank sometimes ago, i stayed more than 4 hours in the bank and the ladies serving at this aboved mentioned department didn't get up because they had too many customers to attend to. Same thing is applicable to me whe i was working at point of service (pos). I hardly move out of my kiosk. I sit for hours waiting and attending to customers. Sometimes i found out that my legs has swollen up. In other to ease myself from sedentary challenge, i engage myself in early morning exercise or sometimes evening walk out. I do come out to stand and move around the kiosk to reduce sedentary challenge.

Morning walkout- Sedentary challenge can be reduced if we have a specific time for body training. Personally, i do have morning walkout. Sometimes i do watch and dance my erobic exercise dance in my house since i already downloaded it in my phone. After working for hour's sitting on lying down since i work from home, i handel my chores on my own there by exercising myself. Working from home is just like being self employed. So, i do move out to dance, playing some culool music from my phone while the MP3 is connected. Even if it means dancing inside the room.

And next was to drink enough water. Hahaha you might wonder why right? Yeah. If i drink enough water, it will help me to urinate often. During this process of going out to ease myself, am exercising myself too.

Apart from all these steps mentioned, i do visit my friend during my break time to communicate with her. I didn't isolate myself. During the process of our interactions, sedentary challenge is being reduced.

Thanks so much. Is not really easy to move. But we can excuse ourselves sometimes in other to exercise our body
