As a second option sleep 8 hours at night, it is necessary and of great importance that the individual after passing 40 should take his quality time to rest and sleep peacefully with the intention of recovering energy and rest our mind, sleeping well at night will allow us to wake up rested with a better countenance and full of good vibes to start our day and you can resist and meet the development of our various activities during the day.
As a third option I choose recreation, in this aspect I consider of great importance that the human being takes the weekend to go out with the family/friends to recreate, allowing in such a way to relate, to leave the routine and to spend a pleasant moment of relaxation.
