Talking about peace 🕊️ is a topic that extends beyond borders, I think that peace must be born and grow in our inner being, and then be projected our thoughts and actions 🙏.

As a teacher I promote the value of peace every day, 🕊️ this month as you yourselves @diyhud community, it is a propitious time to remember that peace unites humanity even when differences exist. ☮️

This year I received a sash assigned by my co-workers as a "teacher reconciler", because above all things I try to smooth out differences, soften differences and achieve dialogue and reconciliation in any situation, not easy but it has been a life learning for many years.

In this opportunity I say present in this contest with the theme of peace, I chose to create a pencil holder, a simple design, colourful, with the symbol of peace, perhaps precisely because sometime, I would like to travel around the world, 🌍 leaving a message of peace. 🕊️

The main base of this pencil holder is a tin can, you know I like to recycle ♻️ and this material seemed to me resistant to organize my coloured pencils, the elaboration is very easy, we only need paint, brushes and a design to give life to this colourful, useful and practical piece of art.

Materials:

1 tin of 12 cm in diameter
1 each of white, orange, green, blue, purple, pink, black and yellow paint.
1 fine cell brush
1 sponge
1 pencil

step by step:

☮️ We clean the can and with the help of the sponge we apply the white paint as a base, apply several layers until uniformity is obtained.

☮️ With the help of the brush, make a spiral with the pink paint and then apply the orange paint.

☮️ Follow the same way using the yellow paint and then the light blue, the idea is to create a spiral of colours, which we are going to open until the whole can is painted.

☮️ Once the paint is dry, we draw the design on the can, I chose a simple silhouette of a van in front and the symbol of peace that we are going to paint all over the can, for this we will use black paint.

Our peace pencil holder ☮️ is now ready to use, I really like the design, nothing complicated but very colourful, I love the integration of colours in a spiral and it gives it an original touch.

Promoting peace starts at home, teaching values such as diversity, empathy, respect, solidarity and tolerance will help us to recognise our differences and respect the differences of others, in order to solve conflicts that may arise in the best way.

Peace promotes love and care, so remember to take care of the environment, ♻️ recycle whenever you can, sort and reuse, remember that every action is necessary to achieve a sustainable balance.

We live in a changing, unpredictable world, where we must be aware and promote change ☮️ where we can listen to each other more, recognise our mistakes, learn to apologise and solve conflicts without thinking of war, but of peace 🫂🕊️☮️.

porta lápices paz ☮️ DIY

Hablar de la paz 🕊️ es un tema que se extiende más allá de las fronteras, pienso que la paz debe nacer y crecer en nuestro ser interior, para luego ser proyectada con nuestros pensamientos y acciones 🙏.

Cómo maestra promueve el valor de la paz todos los días, 🕊️ este mes como ustedes mismos comunidad de @diyhud, es momento propició para recordar que la paz une a la humanidad aún cuando existan diferencias. ☮️

Este año recibí una banda asignada por mis compañeras de trabajo como "maestra reconciliadora", porque por sobre toda las cosas trato de limar asperezas, suavizar diferencias y lograr el diálogo y la reconciliación ante cualquier situación, nada fácil pero a sido un aprendizaje de la vida durante largos años.

En esta oportunidad digo presente en este concurso con la temática de la paz, escogí crear un porta lápices, un diseño sencillo, colorido, con el símbolo de la paz, quizás porque precisamente alguna vez, me gustaria viajar por el mundo, 🌍 dejando un mensaje de paz. 🕊️

La base principal de este porta lápices es una lata, ya saben me gusta reciclar ♻️ y este material me pareció resistente para organizar mis lápices de colores, la elaboración es muy fácil, solo necesitamos pintura, pinceles y un diseño para dar vida a esta colorida, útil y práctica pieza de arte.

Materiales:

1 lata de 12 cm de diámetro
1 pintura blanca, naranja, verde, azul, morada, rosada, negra y amarilla.
1 pincel celda fina
1 esponja
1 lápiz

paso a paso:

☮️ Limpiamos la lata y con ayuda de la esponja aplicamos la pintura blanca como base, aplica varias capas hasta obtener uniformidad.

☮️ Con ayuda del pincel realiza un espiral con la pintura de color rosado y luego aplica la pintura naranja.

☮️ Sigue la misma forma utilizando la pintura amarilla y luego la celeste, la idea es crear un aspiral de colores, que vamos a ir abriendo hasta pintar toda la lata.

☮️ Una vez seca la pintura, dibujamos el diseño en la lata, yo escogí una silueta sencilla de una camioneta de frente y el símbolo de la paz que lo vamos a pintar por toda la lata, para ello utilizaremos pintura negra.

Nuestro porta lápiz de la paz ☮️ ya está listo para utilizar, realmente me gusta el diseño nada complicado pero muy colorido, la integración de colores en espiral me encanta y le da un toque original.

Promover la paz comienza desde casa enseñar valores como la diversidad, empatía, respeto, solidaridad y tolerancia, nos ayudará a reconocer nuestras diferencias y respetar la de los demás, para poder solucionar los conflictos que se puedan presentar de la mejor manera.

La paz, promueve el amor y el cuidado así que recuerda cuidar del ambiente, ♻️ recicla cada vez que puedas, clasifica y reutiliza, recuerda que toda acción es necesaria para lograr un equilibrio sostenible.

Vivimos en un mundo cambiante, impredecible, dónde nosotros debemos ser conscientes y promover el cambio ☮️ dónde nos podamos escuchar más, reconocer nuestros errores, aprender a pedir disculpas y solucionar conflictos sin pensar en la guerra, sino en la paz 🫂🕊️☮️.
