That's a nice idea and a nice prize, There's lots of information to try to squish into a graphic, though; I'll have a !SLOTH on it and see if I can come up with something. I love the idea of getting more info on Distriator out there.
It would be great if you enter the contest, I know it is not that easy but it is very important. We have other steps to take once we have these infographics :)
I will try to be as unhater as possible in this commentary.
As someone who works with social media, design, advertising and marketing, I understand well what exactly you are trying to do and I am not going to complain about your standards, and your methods.
They are already asking as a regulation that we do free advertising of an application in our social networks, it's like asking a person to make them a Single for their brand and demand that this will be included in their next music album, but okay I guess they do not find what's wrong with this.
The next thing is that as a suggestion, nowhere do you indicate if we must be users of your app or how the payment of the prize will be made, this should be clarified even briefly in any contest.
Finally and with all due respect, do not know how unsafe it is to enter a Discord server somehow associated with cryptocurrencies, even Hive servers are plagued by unscrupulous people looking for unsuspecting people to scam them; Is it too much to ask that you add to the bases of your contest what is necessary to do the job?
You are practically leaving people a job offer, telling them that you want them to use specific tools and not supplying them; The right thing to do would be to leave the Hex of the colors you want to be used, the logos in PNG, or a brand manual that designers and illustrators can be guided by (that's what brand manuals are for), leaving a Discord link for those interested to investigate may even be disrespectful.
Hey @jossduarte thank you for being friendly and explained things in a very polite matter. So, first I would like to say that we got no Marketing and Social Media experiance. It is just us entertaining people on Hive and keeping eveyone busy and just have fun. Where we do have some skills is seeing potential in a project and possible ways we can promote it.. ok maybe just a bit of marketing then hehe. I would have loved to make the prize much bigger, but we did our best to be able to give back to the community as much as we could organize. And so I hope you will enter this contest and help us create a beautiful infographic.
Every feedback is good feedback in my opinion and I want to thank you for showing some of our mistakes. I will post the Logo's and the HEX colors here in the post. Again thank you for that.
The Discord server part is also a good lesson, the reason why I invited others to Discord was because we can't answer all the quostions and people who know Distroator the best are in Distriator Discord channel.
