Friendship from heaven

Friends are blessings from God, and they come in different packages; some come in a package you might not like, like somewhere your enemy, who you guys were cats and dogs, always on each other's neck. With time, you find out that they can stand for you any day, anytime, and they are rare to come by.

To my dear friend Fiona, our meeting was divine and unexpected.
I remember that bright and sunny afternoon when I walked to the cyber cafe to register for computer training. You were sitting there, staring at me.

You say hi, I replied to you. We exchanged pleasantries, and I left. I came back the next day to resume training, and someone was trying to talk down on you. I stood up for you because I hate bullies the most. That's how we became friends from that day.

We found out we are compatible in everything.
We were both teaching in different schools; we were both teaching nursery, and we laughed and blended in every activity.

It was more fun when we realized that we attend the same church too, and in the same department in our various parishes.
How we made our families become one happy, big extended family.

We had our plans mapped out, but we were always confining to each other; we both agreed that after learning computers, we would go into catering while we were waiting to write jamb.

We came out the best in our catering school, and we decided to further our education.
When you got admission, I felt really bad because I was denied admission, but I decided to learn to do makeup; you always have a way of making me happy when I am sad; you keep saying next year you will get admission.

As God will have it, the next year, I got admitted but to a different school and in a different state. Distance tested our friendship, but love conquered it all. We decided to visit each other no matter what, and people thought we were sisters.

I remember when I couldn't buy any handouts, you sent money and asked me to buy them as things were very tough during that period with me.
You are a friend in need is a friend indeed. You are my real deal, my g for life. An epitome of beauty and brain.

My gist mate, my partner in crime, the only female friend that I have. You can defend me for African and scold me inside

Even if you know I am wrong, you will be like, my friend can't do that. I know her. Then inside, you will be like, I know, say you do this one, and no go well.
My friend who cares about my family like her own, you took care of my mom when she was sick; as I was far away, I wanted to send you money, but you refused and used your money.

Oremi (my friend), Adadioramma(A Daughter who is admired by all), my friendship for life.

Even though you are far from me, I miss you every day; I wish you the best in your learning, and I hope you come out the best in all you do.
I love you my darling.
