Splinterlands Art Contest // Week 267//CORNEALUS

This is the second time, that I have attempted to make Cornealus, and as usual I used poser13 to create this version.

I used this image as my reference

I started out with a basic eyeball, I recolored the iris to make it purple.

To make the veins, I used a dead tree model, I duplicated it and gave it a glow texture for some artistic effect.

Next I added the trees to the eyeball

Then it was time to add the tail to the eyeball, so I used a snake model.

I recolored the snake to match the eyeball, and placed the eyeball on top of the snakes head.

Then I added some electricity to give it some pop

Finally I added the background image which is a fire effect prop that I resized to fit the background. At first I wasnt sure if I should add the electric effect, but I did it anyway because the results were shocking lol.
