Greetings, sisters! This is my entry for this week’s Ladies Of Hive contest.

1. ¿Qué es lo que más me apasiona en esta época de mi vida?
En esta época de mi vida, lo que más me apasiona es la creación de contenido en Hive.
¿Por qué?
Como sabrán, hay personas que por una razón u otra pasamos la mayor parte de nuestro día trabajando.
A parte del dinero que saco de Hive Blog, tengo otras dos pequeñas fuentes de ingresos, que si bien no generan mucho, sí me han proporcionado lo necesario.
Es muy triste cuando uno pasa la mayor parte de su día haciendo algo que no le agrada.
He tenido trabajos donde me he sentido así: constantemente viendo la hora o entreteniendo mi mente de alguna forma para que pasara más rápido.
No es así en el caso de la creación de contenido aquí.
A diferencia de la mayoría de los trabajos que he tenido, aquí tenemos verdadera interacción con otros seres humanos, más allá de la obligatoria.
Los que tienen talentos, pueden demostrarlos y usarlos para ganar dinero.
Incluso si no los tenemos, siempre que hagamos contenido original y de calidad seremos recompensados.
A diferencia de otras plataformas de redes sociales, aquí prácticamente no hay los llamados "trolls", que acosan a quienes suben contenido en ellas.
Digamos que ese tipo de toxicidad no me preocupa aquí.
¿Y qué decir de los comentarios positivos?
Honestamente, creo que muchos recibimos felicitaciones muy pocas veces en la vida cotidiana.
¡Qué animador es ver que alguien notó el esfuerzo de uno!
Supongo que muchos se abstienen de felicitar en físico porque se sienten incómodos, dado que no es costumbre en nuestra cultura.
Pero es lo positivo que podemos sacar de estar detrás de una pantalla: sacar los mejores sentimientos de nosotros sin avergonzarnos de ello.
En resumidas cuentas...
Opino que el trabajo que requiere creatividad en lugar de un proceso repetitivo y extenuante tiene un impacto emocional positivo en general.
Por esto y más me apasiona trabajar aquí.
1. What am I most passionate about at this time of my life?
At this time in my life, I am most passionate about creating content on Hive.
Why?
As you may know, there are people who for one reason or another spend most of our day working.
Aside from the money I make from Hive Blog, I have two other small sources of income, which while they don't generate much, they have provided me with what I need.
It's very sad when you spend most of your day doing something you don't enjoy.
I have had jobs where I have felt that way: constantly watching the time or entertaining my mind in some way to make it go by faster.
Not so with content creation here.
Unlike most jobs I've had, here we have real interaction with other human beings, beyond the obligatory.
Those who have talents, can showcase them and use them to make money.
Even if we don't have them, as long as we make original and quality content we will be rewarded.
Unlike other social media platforms, here there are practically no so-called "trolls", who harass those who upload content on them.
Let's say that kind of toxicity does not worry me here.
And what about the positive comments?
Honestly, I think many of us get compliments very few times in everyday life.
How encouraging it is to see that someone noticed one's effort!
I suppose many refrain from physical congratulations because they feel uncomfortable, since it is not customary in our culture.
But that's the positive thing we can get out of being behind a screen: bringing out the best feelings in us without being ashamed of it.
In short...
I am of the opinion that work that requires creativity rather than a repetitive and strenuous process has an overall positive emotional impact.
This is why I am passionate about working here and more.

The big difference between Hive and a real job is, here you can avoid toxicity, while at a workplace you don't have that luxury. On Hive you can pick and choose who you want to spend your time with, but you can't do that at a workplace.

I agree with you that work through creativity and heart are so much better than a 8 - evening job just waiting for the time to pass.
