Hive Music Festival Week 99 - Round 3 // Destino (Ukelele and voice cover)
Greetings dear friends it is a pleasure for me to be here in this week 99, it is always an honor to share the stage with such talented people. This week is a little out of comfort for me because I have covered a song that is not my favorite genre but I find it interesting that we put challenges from time to time, Greeicy is a singer who may not have (personal thought) a great voice or something out of the ordinary, but I think she does a good job and her performance, her charisma and beauty make her very successful, I like her very much and I follow her on social networks, so I dared to bring a song that she did a duet with Nacho.
“Destino” has a lyric that talks about 2 people who fell in love, and still want to show that love they have or had, it's about 5 years ago that this song was released properly, I feel that it was not as catchy as others of hers, but nevertheless I found it an interesting proposal by both, a lyric with rhythm that usually pleases the public.
Saludos queridos amigos es para mí un placer estar acá en esta semana 99, siempre es un honor compartir escenarios con personas tan talentosas. Esta semana es un poco fuera de confort para mí ya que he versionado una canción que no es mi genero preferido pero me parece interesante que nos pongamos retos de vez en cuando, Greeicy es una cantante que quizás no tiene ( pensamiento personal) una gran voz o algo fuera de lo común, pero me parece que hace un buen trabajo y su performance, su carisma y belleza la hacen tener mucho éxito, me cae súper bien y la sigo en las redes sociales, así que me atreví a traer un tema que hizo en dueto junto con Nacho.
“Destino” tiene una letra que habla sobre 2 personas que se enamoraron, y se quieren demostrar aun ese amor que se tienen o tuvieron, ya tiene como 5 años que se lanzó este tema apropiadamente, siento que no fue tan pegajosa como otras de ella, pero sin embargo me pareció una propuesta interesante por parte de ambos, una letra con ritmo que le suele agradar al público.

The video is one of those typical of urban music, this song was released in 2019 and belongs to Greeicy's star album called “Baila”. I found interesting the participation of Nacho in this project, without a doubt his influence in the composition was noticed, it has that touch of him and of course without leaving behind the artistic freshness of the singer.
I don't feel too happy with the result, I have to keep improving, but I like having challenged myself and maybe I have to finish the song better or slow down, always looking forward to keep improving, you never stop learning and growing in music. Thank you very much dear friends!
El video es de esos típicos de música urbana, esta canción fue lanzada en el año 2019 y pertenece al álbum estrella de Greeicy llamado “Baila”. Me pareció interesante la participación de Nacho en este proyecto sin dudas se notó su influencia en la composición, tiene ese toque de él y por supuesto sin dejar atrás lo frescura artística de la cantante.
No me siento demasiado a gusto con el resultado, debo seguir mejorando, pero me gusto haberme retado y si quizás por ahí tenga que terminar la canción mejor o bajar la velocidad, siempre con ganas de seguir mejorando, nunca se termina de aprender y crecer en la música. ¡Muchas gracias queridos amigos!
