You need a Mila card (S71) to make the mission.
You Can pull the Card in Packs or you can also buy a card on the market place.

These are the 2 reward cards you can get S72 Gold Rim Kit and S73 Pink Heart Bass: ( in a random 1 out of 10 )
When you have 10 of the same card you can Blend them to an animated card! (S72a & S73a)
