Today I join the weekly contest "Observe, Think, Write" I want to share my experience: when I was in high school and I was about to leave 5th year, I still did not know and was not clear what to study, but I had to decide quickly in addition to the rush that I had already graduated, my mother being part of a large family and with few resources, instilled in us the importance of studying and having a profession to get ahead. And I started to visit the universities and investigate the careers they offered, the nearby universities where we lived were the Cultca and the Simón Rodríguez National Experimental University (UNESR), where the main careers they offered were administration and education. And they were also public and low cost.

Hoy me uno al concurso semanal "Observa, Piensa, Escribe" Quiero compartir mi experiencia: cuando estaba en bachillerato y ya iba a salir de 5.º año, aún no sabía ni estaba clara que estudiar, pero debía decidir rápido además de la premura de que ya me había graduado, mi madre al ser parte de una familia numerosa y de pocos recursos, nos inculcó la importancia de estudiar y tener una profesión para salir adelante. Y me puse a recorrer las universidades e investigar las carreras que ofrecían, las universidades cercanas donde vivíamos era el cultca y la universidad nacional experimental Simón Rodríguez (UNESR), donde las principales carreras que ofrecían era administración y educación. Y además eran públicas y a bajo costo.

In my case I went to college for five years, I studied a three-year degree at the University College of Los Teques Cecilio Acosta (CULTCA). And I graduated as a university technician in Human Resources Administration.

En mi caso fui a la universidad por cinco años, estudie una carrera de tres años en el Colegio universitario de Los Teques Cecilio Acosta (CULTCA). Y me gradué de técnico superior universitario en Administración de Recursos humanos.

After I graduated from TSU, in 1997, and I was already working in the National Guard of Venezuela, precisely in the Civilian Personnel Division, I entered with the position of Secretary, and they always held public competitions for both entry and promotion and I participated of course, and I was promoted, my first promotion was from secretary to Assistant Analyst III, since I met the requirements of the position to choose, This motivated me to continue studying my profession of administration and I did all the necessary steps to enter the Simón Rodríguez Experimental University, (UNESR), I enrolled validating some subjects and continue studying the degree in Human Resources Administration, so I did and I graduated in 2006 with a degree in Human Resources Administration. When I graduated, I returned to participate in another promotion contest to hold the position of personnel analyst and grow professionally and also to receive higher remuneration.

Luego que me gradúe de TSU, en el año 1997, y ya estaba trabajando en la Guardia Nacional de Venezuela, precisamente en la División de Personal Civil, ingresé con el cargo de Secretaria, y siempre realizaban concursos públicos tanto de ingreso como de ascenso y yo participaba por supuesto, y ascendía de cargo, mi primer ascenso fue de secretaria a Asistente de analista III, ya que cumplía con las exigencias del cargo a optar, esto me motivo a seguir estudiando mi profesión de administración e hice todas las diligencias pertinentes para ingresar a la universidad experimental Simón Rodríguez, (UNESR), me inscribí validándome algunas materias y seguir estudiando la licenciatura en Administración de Recursos Humanos, así lo hice y me gradúe en el año 2006 de Licenciada en Administración de Recursos Humanos. Cuando me gradúe, volví a participar en otro concurso de ascenso para desempeñar el cargo de analista de personal y crecer profesionalmente y además de percibir mayor remuneración.
