Rough sunrise in the old west, hunting with my dad! - Photo challenge

Good morning, friends, below you will find one of my greatest adventures that I have captured for the photo contest, and for this I have dusted off a gem of retro video games, one that in fact I had never played, but the impression it leaves me is unmatched, because it mixes scenarios and gameplay in the style of "Red Dead Redemption", I'm talking about the title GUn and no, it is not a copy of the above mentioned, rather it came out long before, and has a complexity of plot that keeps me involved...

We will start a new day in the old west where everything is remote and adventures with spectacular and natural panoramas await us!

Life in these times is a little hard for our protagonist, because every morning the first thing he has to dedicate himself to is hunting, since it is basically a job.

His father Ned will always accompany us to perform this work, obviously his clothes are of Indians with skins and feathers on his head, what I still do not understand is how the protagonist has come this far if it is more a cowboy than an Indian well that maybe I'll find out later ...

"Son get up", says Ned, there I took the opportunity to take pictures of the sunrise, the sun is not so strong, just peeking its glow between the snowy mountain ranges, a beautiful place to relax, but not for me, because duty calls me.

A moose wandering through the woods and this was the first unfortunate to be shot by a rifle bullet from Ned's rifle, making us lucky, for we got the first animal to sell!

Old Ned gave me orders to be on the lookout for any danger, so first I had to practice my marksmanship more with, rifle and pistol. To that end, standing in the pasture, I drew my gun and shot some moving quail, also capturing the beautiful sunrise.

These little birds served me for breakfast, I guess, as they are too small to sell, I loved the fact that I could use my gun in first person, I found it more comfortable to shoot!

Without letting me take a breath, Ned said follow me and we almost ran up a hill UFF I almost ran out of air, but it was worth it once I got to the top... giving that feeling of freedom with the mountains and warm tones of the sun that warmly shelters this day. But not so fast, because the work is not over yet, other moose are waiting to be hunted so we have to go up to the top of the hill, but not so fast!

But... oh no, "scavengers" said Ned surprisingly. The wolves wanted to have breakfast too XD, but that would imply the loss of our hunted pieces, we shot at the ferocious wolves that were chasing me, luckily we got out ok or well more or less...

It turns out that all the commotion from the gunfire attracted a gigantic beast, yes a bear! This savage creature wanted to defend its habitat by causing damage to Ned after giving him a hard punch.

I picked up Ned's rifle which was more powerful and started a fierce battle with this big beast. The shots hardly penetrated the bear's extremely thick hide; however, after a while of dodging its deadly attacks, I managed to bring it down.

I ran to Ned, who laughed and got up a little wounded, giving me to understand that practically this suicidal mission at the end of the day was worth it, because the skin of this animal would be very well rewarded in the market, since not many dare to hunt a bear.

And as if we were blessed by the universe, that very day a merchant ship was passing by, so let's take the opportunity to earn a few gold coins!

The ship had a beautiful lady who accompanied Ned to give him some relics, in that a guy who is a cleric gave me a very bad feeling, so I set out to see what he was up to and here I decided to take one last picture, thus ending my adventure for today watching from the balcony of the ship appreciating the parade of a beautiful sunset.
