La verdad que cuando leí la primera propuesta, me dije no puedo perder esta oportunidad de expresar lo que siento con respecto a lo que está pasando en mi país, si verdaderamente en mi país se requiere un cambio urgente de las malas políticas que se están aplicando desde hace ya varios años y la verdad que estamos cansados los venezolanos de muchas cosas malas que ocurren.
Como es posible que estamos pagando la gasolina a precios internacionales y, sin embargo, cada vez que necesitamos llenar el tanque del vehículo tenemos que estar entre 4 y 6 horas para poder surtir de combustible, y esto ocurre por la falta del mismo, ya que con las malas políticas del gobierno central ha dejado de realizar los mantenimientos adecuados a las refinerías del país, y continuamente se tienen que paralizar porque ocurren paradas forzadas por la falta de mantenimiento.

The truth is that when I read the first proposal, I said to myself I cannot miss this opportunity to express what I feel about what is happening in my country, if indeed in my country an urgent change is required from the bad policies that have been applied for several years and the truth is that we Venezuelans are tired of many bad things that happen.
How is it possible that we are paying for gasoline at international prices and yet, every time we need to fill the tank of the vehicle we have to spend between 4 and 6 hours to get fuel, and this happens because of the lack of fuel, since with the bad policies of the central government has failed to perform adequate maintenance to the country's refineries, and continually have to be paralyzed because forced stops occur due to lack of maintenance.
Otro de los elementos importantes por los cuales el país debe cambiar, es para que la gente no se siga yendo a otros países, que las personas no sigan migrando porque no consiguen como cubrir sus necesidades dentro del país y se ven en la necesidad de muchas veces migrar sin destino fijo.
Actualmente, en la juventud existe una desmotivación al estudio en el país, ya que consideran que no se valoran los esfuerzos que las personas realizan por estudiar, entonces prefieren dedicarse a trabajar, también en muchos casos para contribuir con los alimentos en el hogar, ya que muchas veces por esas malas políticas que aplica la administración central el sueldo de una sola persona no alcanza y se ven en la necesidad de todos contribuir.
Es lamentable, pero hay que decirlo que por esas malas políticas hacen que no se valora los estudios que realizan las personas para superarse profesionalmente, porque en la actualidad tenemos hechos muy lamentables que por ejemplo un profesional con estudios de maestría y doctorado gana casi igual que una persona que a lo mejor solo ha realizado estudios de primaria y se puede desempañar como obrero en alguna institución dependiente del estado, es decir de la administración central, porque precisamente como ya lo he expresado esta administración no valora los estudios.
Es por ello que la educación pública, dependiendo de la administración central, ha decaído completamente en todos sus niveles, por muchas razones, entre esas que los docentes se ven obligados a realizar otros trabajos motivados a los bajos ingresos en sus sueldos y en muchas ocasiones tienen que faltar a las escuelas, liceos y universidades para atender otras tareas.
Antes de esta administración cualquier docente universitario ganaba lo suficiente para mantener de forma cómoda a su familia, eso no ocurre hoy, entonces es muy lamentable todo lo que está ocurriendo en mi país por la mala gestión del gobierno central.
Podría escribir muchas páginas enumerando la problemática por la cual es necesario un cambio en el país, pero considero que a grandes rasgos estoy señalando la necesidad de un cambio en mi país, si porque verdaderamente es una mala política que está afectando sobre todo los estratos poblacionales más necesitados.

It is regrettable, but it must be said that because of these bad policies the studies that people carry out to improve themselves professionally are not valued, because at present we have very regrettable facts that for example a professional with master and doctorate studies earns almost the same as a person who perhaps has only completed primary school studies and can work as a laborer in some institution dependent on the state, that is to say of the central administration, because precisely as I have already expressed this administration does not value the studies.
That is why public education, depending on the central administration, has completely declined at all levels, for many reasons, among them that teachers are forced to do other jobs due to the low income in their salaries and in many occasions they have to miss schools, high schools and universities to attend other tasks.
Before this administration, any university teacher earned enough to comfortably support his family, that does not happen today, so it is very unfortunate what is happening in my country due to the mismanagement of the central government.
I could write many pages enumerating the problems for which a change is necessary in the country, but I consider that in broad strokes I am pointing out the need for a change in my country, because it is truly a bad policy that is affecting especially the most needy population strata.

It's practically the same thing here in Canada, we have a sizeable oil reserve yet pay higher than international prices, terrible quality of education, high cost of living, and an unmotivated young generation. I am convinced it is orchestrated by the likes of the WEF and their ilk.
