Beer, tennis and football

Can this be combined into one Saturday?
Maybe, if it's #BeerSaturday 🙂

It seems to me that today, we, fans of sports and beer, are faced with a great challenge and we must be real wizards, in order to combine and achieve everything we love.

First, tennis in the women's and men's competition, as well as in the youth categories.
Zverev, Norrie, Svitolina, Jabeur, Popyrin and of course Novak, whom I support (although I am aware that his career is very close to the end 🙂).

And after that, football.
The remaining matches of the quarter-finals of the European Championship 2024.
England, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Turkey play football in the afternoon and evening.

And with all that, beer, for my favorite #BeerSaturday contest.

So I took every opportunity to combine everything...

On a warm day, for being outdoors, I chose a nearby lake, with a beach bar, where I followed the events of Wimbledon on my mobile phone with a glass of cold draft beer.

After that, we arrived at our apartment, where the continuation followed.

A little tennis, a little fidball, and before all that, #Beer.

I bought a few bottles of Kabinet beer.

One with the addition of ginger, for enjoyment while watching tennis, and the other, blond, for a little better relaxation of the nerves, with football...

First I drank Wanna be Lee?

"Forget about winning and losing, forget about pride and pain."

Light beer with ginger.
Cloudy, unfiltered, unpasteurized, which contains, in addition to water, barley malt, hops and yeast, oatmeal and ginger. Although it has only 11.8% extract, it contains 5.3% alcohol.

The beer label was designed by Vladimir Lalic and the swirl is interesting.
As for the taste, I was not blown away by this beer.
It has a very weak ginger taste, but it is refreshing, slightly carbonated.

Or maybe tennis wasn't too interesting for me, so I had more time to think about the taste of this Wanna be Lee? beer...

Cabinet Blue
The next one, which I drank with the football match, the Belgian blond, brought me a fuller taste and more interesting hops aromas.
*"A blonde. Blue sea. His eyes. The sky. A color in whose depth you can travel wherever you want." *

Belgian blond.
Ale beer, strong, dark, cloudy, unfiltered beer, with 6.2% alcohol and 16.5% extract.

The ingredients are the same as for any craft beer, in addition to water, barley malt, hops and yeast.
Interesting beer, fuller flavor, slightly darker color.

At the end of the day, these beers of the Kabinet brewery did not excite me.

Anyway, this Saturday, I enjoyed the beers, as well as the sports I could watch on TV.

If I had to recommend their products, I would probably choose Brkka

Cheers!

So now tell me, do you wanna be Lee? Lolz. I like the first name up there, KABINET.

Keep on enjoying your beer. But it's like you're a lover of tennis ball? Or you're also a player?

I am not a tennis player, although I have tried to play recreationally a couple of times.
And ended up as a ball collector, with a beer in hand 🤣
