Dreem-wotw:The Cure Is in the Disease

avatar

Listening to James Van Der Beek, I realized how true the statement "The Cure is in the Disease " could be. This may not be applicable to everything, but 60 percent of solutions can be found in the problem or around the problem. I had to observe carefully two things, a pencil with a cleaner at the bottom, and a diamond used in cutting a diamond. This could be rewritten as "A solution to a problem is not far-fetched". A fish is lured into a hook by an earthworm that lives around it.

I learned a lot while growing up with my grandma, one way she solves problems is by knowing the cause. It was more like the cause has a trace to the solution. When bitten by a snake, the first thing people check is exactly the type of snake involved, then quickly find a solution if there's any. Generally in life, it's believed that a problem shared is half solved, not because a solution has been found but the fact that you're aware of the problem which makes you a step ahead in finding the solution.

Ladders are made from wood, as well as matchsticks. The same ladder helps one have access to climb a taller tree or the matchstick to burn down the wood. When I was younger, the ropes we used in tying the firewood we had fetched from the bark of a wood that's elastic. It just seems as if nature had designed most solutions within the problem itself and this brings me to discuss life in general. Most solutions to problems that we face are not far from the actual cause of it and that's why vaccines are the weak versions of the pathogen which causes the disease. The weak pathogens are introduced into one's system to help the body defense mechanism become familiar with the disease just in case one comes in contact with it.

Not every cure is in the disease but the cure still lingers around things related to it, but first understand what the cause of the problem is, and you're closer to the answer and this is only if one is knowledgeable about the resources around him. The whole detail of the statement "The cure is in the disease" is to help us focus on the cause and not look far away from the actual cause, because the solution is usually nearer to the cause than we think.

This concise piece is rich in detail. I like how you reiterate that when there is a problem, we must not look further for the cure. It is always lurking around. The things you draw examples from are very relatable and true. Within nature, you are never left without an answer.

Well done #dreemerforlife
