TWISTED JESTER
TWISTED JESTER.
It's been a wonderful week even though it just started and the Easter preparations seem to be coming up nicely. Schools in my area as well as those I teach (as I will be stating in my introduction post following this) are wrapping up their activities this week. So I might just have all the time in the world to make frequent posts henceforth, preferably in the coming weeks.
I drew the lineart first with my signature blue pen..
...added primary characteristics like tge sown mouth and part of her costume. The hatching and cross hatching techniques proved effective in filling uo the blank easily and quickly so I effectively employed them on the neck and other parts that needed filling..
The drawing continues following the same format
You can see that the Jester is coming along. I had to throw in some effects on the face so as to avoid flatness..
If I'm being honest, I don't know why I did the hollow thingy at the back of the character. I guess it's some variation of sort.
The materials I used while making this sketch are blue, black and red pens from two brands: BIC and SCHNEIDER
