Hola queridos amigos de Hive ❤️ un gran saludo para todos los que me visitan el día de hoy, en esta oportunidad uniendome una vez más a esta iniciativa semanal que propone el equipo de la comunidad y nuestra querida @trucklife-family, creada por y para nosotras las mujeres. Me gusta mucho esta nueva ronda ya que justo está por celebrarse el día de la mujer y que mejor para responder estás preguntas relacionadas al movimiento del empoderamiento de la mujer que con los años está ganando más fuerza en cuando a valentía y reconocimiento de los derechos se refiere, así que eso y poco más les compartiré a continuación, espero les guste y se animen a responder conmigo.

✨Qué significa para ti el Empoderamiento de la Mujer y cuáles son algunas de tus experiencias personales que te motivaron a pensar/preocuparte por el empoderamiento de la mujer?🤔
Cómo ya les venia hablando hace poquito, para mí es impresionante el crecimiento que ha tenido este movimiento llamado "empoderamiento de la mujer", un título que de solo de escucharlo nos llena de mucho orgullo a las mujeres, esa fuerza y ese ánimo de hacer lo que nos gusta sin ver, escuchar o esperar la aprobación de alguien.
Aunque aún me considero uns mujer joven, es imposible decir que no he vivido una experiencia que me motivara a pensar más sobre los alcances y avances que la mujer ha tenido en los últimos años. Creo que mirar series y películas incluso escuchar las historias de mis abuelas me hace reflexionar más y como existe una gran diferencia en cuanto al trato y derechos que la mujer desempeña en la sociedad hoy en día, es increíble pensar como antes las mujeres se disfrazan o cambiaban el nombre al de un hombre solo para poder expresarse y dedicarse a lo que deseaban hacer, y hoy gracias al hecho de no darnos por vencidas y no dejarnos silenciar demostrando que somos capaces de ser más que una ama de casa, nos damos cuenta que es posible lograr ese bonito cambio de igualdad y libertad de expresión, aunque la lucha aún no está del todo ganada ya podríamos decir que tenemos medio o más que eso de camino alcanzado 😊.

💕¿Qué te gustaría decir a las mujeres jóvenes de hoy, qué consejo les darías?🤗
Esta pregunta me la podría responder a mi misma, ya que como mujer joven que apenas sale a descubrir el mundo para buscar oportunidades le diría (me diría), que no descarte mis sueños, ya que por experiencia sé lo que se siente dedicarse a algo que no te apasiona solo por el hecho de enorgullecer a alguien o porque eso me beneficiaria en el campo económico, y la verdad es todo ésto puede ser cierto pero en fondo no sería feliz. Así que no porque ese sueño sea pequeño como abrir nuestro propio emprendimiento, salir del país a buscar una oportunidad mejor o aprender más alguna habilidad en concreto o simplemente estudiar y especializarse, nunca lo debemos abandonar porque todo lo que importa independiente que seamos un hombre o una mujer es nuestra felicidad, y hacer aquello que nos gusta aunque la sociedad lo vea mal o incluso la gente que nos rodea, se siente muy satisfactorio y lo agradeceremos el resto de nuestra vida, porque es bonito imaginar y mirar hacia atrás para ver con alegría que hicimos lo que que quisimos sin darle gusto a nadie, solo poniendo en prioridad nuestra felicidades... aunque parezca disco rayado 😅, por la mala experiencia aue tuve en dónde perdí 2 años más otros 2 por culpa de la cuarentena, este consejo de convirtió para mí en uno de los más importantes y que cada día lucho por cumplir 😊.

I really like this new round because it's about to celebrate women's day and what better to answer these questions related to the women's empowerment movement that over the years is gaining more strength in terms of courage and recognition of rights, so that and a little more I will share with you below, I hope you like it and encourage you to answer with me.

✨What does Women Empowerment mean to you and what are some of your personal experiences that motivated you to think/care about women’s empowerment?🤔
As I was telling you a little while ago, for me it is impressive the growth of this movement called "women's empowerment", a title that just hearing it fills us women with pride, that strength and courage to do what we like without seeing, hearing or waiting for someone's approval.
Although I still consider myself a young woman, it is impossible to say that I have not lived an experience that motivated me to think more about the achievements and progress that women have had in recent years. I think that watching series and movies and even listening to the stories of my grandmothers makes me reflect more and how there is a big difference in terms of treatment and rights that women play in society today, it is incredible to think how before women disguise themselves or changed their name to that of a man just to be able to express themselves and dedicate themselves to what they wanted to do, and today thanks to the fact of not giving up and not letting ourselves be silenced showing that we are capable of being more than a housewife, we realize that it is possible to achieve that nice change of equality and freedom of expression, although the fight is not yet fully won we could already say that we have half or more than that on the way achieved 😊.

💕What would you like to say to young women today, what advice would you give them?🤗
I could answer this question to myself, because as a young woman who just goes out to discover the world to look for opportunities I would tell her (I would tell myself), not to discard my dreams, because from experience I know what it feels like to dedicate to something that you are not passionate about just for the fact of making someone proud or because it would benefit me in the economic field, and the truth is all this may be true but deep down I would not be happy. So not because that dream is small like opening our own business, leaving the country to find a better opportunity or learn more any particular skill or simply study and specialize, we should never give it up because all that matters whether we are a man or a woman is our happiness, and do what we like even if society sees it badly or even the people around us, it feels very satisfying and we will be grateful for the rest of our lives, because it is nice to imagine and look back to see with joy that we did what we wanted without giving pleasure to anyone, just putting in priority our happiness. ... although it may seem like a broken record 😅, because of the bad experience I had where I lost 2 years plus another 2 because of the quarantine, this advice became for me one of the most important and that every day I struggle to comply 😊.
