Hola queridos amigos de Hive ❤️ un gran saludo para todos los que me visitan el día de hoy, en esta oportunidad uniendome una vez más a esta iniciativa semanal que propone el equipo de la comunidad y nuestra querida @joanstewart, creada por y para nosotras las mujeres.
✨Comparta cómo afronta el aluvión de cambios directos o indirectos que afectan tanto a nuestra salud mental como a los problemas de salud a los que nos enfrentamos, ¿cómo se las arregla hoy en día?🤔
La verdad que una vez terminé de leer la pregunta y el tema en general en si, me sorprendió mucho darme cuenta la cantidad de cosas con las que las mujeres debemos vivir dia a día, muchas veces ésto se nos ha hecho tan costumbre que ni nos damos cuenta o la misma sociedad nos lo echa en cara, consecuencias de nuestras malas reacciones y emociones a tales cambios.
Si me preguntan un día que como hago para sobrellevar o calmar esos momentos de ansiedad y un poco de decaimiento o depresión...la verdad que tendría una respuesta concreta, porque solo vivo el día a día, eso también de alguna manera me ayuda en varias formas, a no agobiarme por el futuro y no pensar tanto en el hubiera del pasado...aunque igual esta "técnica" no siempre me funciona y por un mínimo cambio hormonal o comentario mal intencionado, podríamos decaer en el agujero de pensamientos negativos y todas las consecuencias emocional/físico/mental que esto conlleva 😅.
Aunque suene canción repetida o disco rayado 😅, la verdad es que hacer costumbre o hábito la actividad física, es muy beneficioso para nuestro bienestar y sobre todo a subir ese medidor interno de nuestras emociones positivas y todas las hormonas que nos proporciona la alegría, la satisfacción y placer de proponerte algo y cumplirlo..más allá de reflejar no solo una buena salud interna sino también el autoestima de ver cambios bonitos en nuestro físico.
Sé que esto también depende de la etapa de nuestro ciclo de vida, ya que nuestras hormonas juegan un papel muy importante, de hecho soy testigo de ver a mi mamá pedecer insomnio a causa de la menopausia y no necesariamente es por algún problema de estrés o ansiedad, y de verdad que una vez conoces casos asi incluso más fuertes de mujeres valientes y luchadoras aun con todas esos desafíos y pruebas que por naturaleza nos toca vivir, realmente entiendes el valor y lo importante que somos 😊💕.

Hello dear friends of Hive ❤️ a big greeting to all who visit me today, this time joining once again to this weekly initiative proposed by the community team and our dear @joanstewart, created by and for us women.
✨Share how you deal with the barrage of direct or indirect changes affecting both our mental and/or health issues we face, how do you mange today?🤔
The truth is that once I finished reading the question and the topic in general, I was very surprised to realize how many things women have to live with day by day, many times this has become such a habit that we do not even realize it or society itself throws it in our faces, consequences of our bad reactions and emotions to such changes.
If you ask me one day how do I cope or calm those moments of anxiety and a bit of depression ... the truth is that I would have a concrete answer, because I just live day by day, that also somehow helps me in several ways, not to worry about the future and not to think so much about the past. ...although maybe this "technique" doesn't always work for me and because of a minimal hormonal change or ill-intentioned comment, we could fall into the hole of negative thoughts and all the emotional/physical/mental consequences that this entails 😅.
Although it sounds like a repeated song or broken record 😅, the truth is that making physical activity a habit is very beneficial for our well-being and especially to raise that internal meter of our positive emotions and all the hormones that gives us the joy, satisfaction and pleasure of proposing something and accomplish it..beyond reflecting not only a good internal health but also the self-esteem of seeing beautiful changes in our physique.
I know that this also depends on the stage of our life cycle, as our hormones play a very important role, in fact I have witnessed my mom suffer insomnia because of menopause and it is not necessarily because of some stress or anxiety problem, and really once you know even stronger cases of brave women and fighters even with all those challenges and trials that by nature we live, you really understand the value and how important we are 😊💕.

If we learn the art of living in present we live the life at its fullest. Both Thinking about the future and dwelling in the past sucks our energy in a way that we are short of it to perform activities of the present mindfully.
Understanding our circumstances and acknowledging the problem help us find the solution. Both mental and physical health effect each other. An attempt to boost one whenthe other is down facilities the boost of the other.

A great lesson that I try to put into practice every day, always putting my well being first and listening to myself internally and what my body tells me, loving myself and taking care of myself so I know my problems and understand that if you can everything can be solved 😊. When we are healthy we can overcome the problems
During menstrual cycle, our stress hormones increase so we easily get stressed 😫 never thought menopausal period can lead to insomnia, though.
Yes 😔 together with my mom we did an investigation to see one of the possible causes of insomnia and it just happened to coincide with the stage she was going through, it is one of the many discomforts caused by menopause. The truth is that with all this, we really see how brave and powerful we are 😊.
