Amor en un solo latido

Te miro y el mundo se llena de fuego,
se encienden las sombras, renace mi fe,
pero en tu mirada no encuentro reflejo,
solo un horizonte que nunca alcancé.

Te hablo en susurros que rompen el aire,
con miedo a que escuches, con miedo a callar,
y mientras mi pecho estalla en desaire,
tú sigues ajena, sin titubear.

Quizás en mi mente tejí lo imposible,
quizás confundí tu risa y calor,
tal vez fui un cometa fugaz, invisible,
que nunca alcanzó tu cielo interior.

Y duele esta duda que grita en mi pecho,
que baila en mis venas, que quema mi voz,
porque yo te siento con todo mi peso
y temo que tú no me sientas igual.

I look at you and the world fills with fire,
the shadows ignite, my faith is reborn,
but in your gaze I find no reflection,
only a horizon I never reached.

I speak to you in whispers that break the air,
afraid that you'll hear, afraid to remain silent,
and while my chest explodes with contempt,
you remain oblivious, unwavering.

Perhaps I wove the impossible in my mind,
perhaps I confused your laughter and warmth,
perhaps I was a fleeting, invisible comet,
that never reached your inner sky.

And this doubt hurts, screaming in my chest,
dancing in my veins, burning my voice,
because I feel you with all my weight,
and I fear that you don't feel the same way.
