Gestión de riesgo desde mi experiencia

Saludos Nuevamente por acá un nuevo post en esta ocasión quisiera hablar de asumir los Riesgos, todo negocio tiene que a veces asumir riesgos importantes que nos puedes hacer ganar o perder una negociación como saben hace algunos días atrás les compartí un post donde les comenté que iba a restablecer las funciones de mi empresa se llama Digital Solution y ya que no tengo el capital suficiente como para iniciar este proceso comencé con la parte de servicio técnico he hecho algunos servicios técnicos bastante buenos y me han permitido ahorrar un capital bastante moderado con este capital decidí arriesgar prácticamente todo con una compra de tres laptops que estaban averiadas, una empresa a la que le hace mantenimiento un amigo me comentó que iban a desincorporar tres laptop, porque no encendían y ningún técnico había dado con la solución o no habían contratado un técnico para eso, en dado caso la empresa simplemente quería deshacerse de estos equipos y me las ofreció a un precio de $50 por estos tres equipos.

Cómo pueden notar a simple vista se ven bastante bien con excepción de la que le falta la pantalla prácticamente se ven completa Sin embargo la empresa me notificó que ya había ido un técnico a revisarlas y no dio con la falla, Esto me puso un poco en alerta, no es porque no haya dado con la falla, yo estoy seguro de apenas cuando las vi me dieron el riesgo que con llevaba el comprar estos equipos, primero son laptop prácticamente nueva generación eso se destaca con la etiqueta que tienen azul inside esa me indica a mí que es tercera generación un procesador relativamente nuevo y moderno, además las pantallas tienen el teclado completo con su teclado numérico a esto le llamamos los técnicos un teclado completo, esto quiere decir que la pantalla al menos tiene más de 15 pulgadas y efectivamente es una pantalla de 15.6 pulgadas solo la pantalla en el mercado vale $50 una sola con eso estaba cubierto mi dinero, sin embargo al No probarlas yo no sabía tampoco sí la pantalla estaba en buen estado, la otra parte de mi riesgo estaba en la carcasa la carcasa se ve muy bien y podría venderla para recuperar el dinero, entonces valorar todo ese riesgo que tuve que tener para poder adquirir estos equipos ya esto se ha dado más que todo con la experiencia que tengo, porque al ver las computadoras el peso que tiene ya me garantiza a mí que al menos podía recuperar mi dinero.

comencé a abrir los equipos para comenzar a repararlos y noté uno de mis grandes temores a las laptops le faltaban piezas, esto ya lo había contemplado como les dije cuando la empresa me dijo que ya había un técnico que las había revisado y no dio con la falla, esto puede suceder simplemente porque al no dar con la falla y para no desperdiciar digamos el tiempo en abrir el equipo y todo, el técnico se quedaría con algunas piezas para poder recuperar el dinero y no cobrarle directamente al cliente, es mi hipótesis no se no conozco al técnico pero yo siempre estoy preparando en mi taller cuento con varias piezas nuevas que me fueron de gran utilidad para la recuperación de estos equipos, la memoria y disco duro son algo muy esencial y que le faltaba al equipo pero yo las tenía a mano también le sacaron las baterías y esa pieza si no la tengo porque no es estándar, pero las laptop pueden funcionar sin esta pieza, teniendo todo esto en cuenta decidí armar el equipo nuevamente limpiarlo muy bien y para mi sorpresa todas estaban en excelente estado pudo haber sido que agarraron estática en algún momento, al limpiar los equipos retirar la estática y al colocarle nuevas memorias estas funcionaron perfectamente recuperé las tres computadoras para mi fortuna, apenas encendí la primera yo dije listo ya recuperé mi dinero y al armar ya estas tres equipos creo que fue una muy buena decisión haberlas comprado, claro voy asumiendo un riesgo bastante grande pero el riesgo siempre fue calculado porque yo tengo experiencia en todos estos equipos, quizás si otra persona hubiese hecho esta compra no hubiese corrido con la misma suerte que yo porque no tiene mi experiencia, así que es todo lo que les quería compartir y espero les haya servido esta anécdota para asumir riesgos en sus empresa donde siempre mantengan el control del riesgo es decir que siempre sepan que pueden optar por ganar algo que se está arriesgando, nos vemos en un próximo post, todas las imágenes fueron tomadas desde mi teléfono.
