Make us smile!!! Tell us a funny anecdote that happened to you. Sometimes laughing at yourself can be the best solution to get out of uncomfortable situations! 😆

Okay, ladies, let's dive into the fun world, now I told someone this story this evening and the person just couldn't help but laugh at my silliness, and truth be told, whenever I remember what I did and my reactions, I laugh at myself. I remember talking about not feeling too well in my last post and that I had to go to the hospital for that, now I will be giving us the full gist about what really happened.

Just last month, May 24th precisely, now when I became conscious about the age I was clocking, it felt funny because I do not look that age, in short I would soon be climbing the third floor and during that period, I started seeing unusual changes around my body and started feeling some way that I have never felt before.

One evening while I was trying to grasp my head around what was happening to me, I decided to use my phone to Google at least it would give me a better understanding of what was happening to me, so while I checked the causes of what was happening to me, it was highlighted that it could be as a result of "Hormonal changes, climate and menopause."

I understood the other two very well and would have perhaps continued minding my business and just adjusted to these changes in my body and there wouldn't be any cause for alarm but when I saw the last word "Menopause", I shrieked and immediately went to my phone contact and dialed the number of my nurse to inform her I was coming to her hospital to carry out some test on my body.

That same day, I dressed up and rushed out of the house, and before she could say JACK I was already at the hospital, she was also surprised because she knew the kind of person I am. So I told her the signs and she decided to carry out some tests even though she said it could be as a result of hormonal changes but I was not having it.

When she was done with the test, and the result was out, she said was good even though she still had to prescribe some antibiotics for me, but not until I was reassured that it was just a hormone thingy that I finally release the breath I was holding and told her the reason for my urgency.

She laughed until she was crying because she could not believe that just the sight of menopause I could be so scared. Well, I told her it was because I had heard that menopause can start early for some ladies, so I wanted to be sure I was on the safe side, to avoid pressure and desperation setting in when it is not supposed to set in and when I am not ready for such things.

My nurse had a good laugh that I felt embarrassed and just today, I decided to tell a close friend of mine, when I was done, his mouth was left ajar and he immediately started laughing uncontrollably till I begged him to stop.

Now, that is one of the funniest things that has happened to me. Thank you for reading!!!

Third floor?
Wow you don’t look that age at all. Anyway I will advise you to stay away from Google for such things because Google can make you think you have cancer sef🤣

Googling your symptoms should be included in the 1,000 ways to die. The shocking feedback you'll get from the internet is enough to trigger a panic attack. I don't ever try that rough play😅

It sounds like you're way too young for menopause! I can understand how you feel; being a lady is no job for the faint of heart for sure! Take care and thank you for sharing. Have a lovely week!

Yeah, way too young but seeing menopause as a symptom, gave me a shriek.

Seriously, being a lady isn't. Thank you for your comment 😊

Google is not your friend when it comes to symptoms and feelings you can explain, it could be a ploy for a heart attack. Thank goodness you survived it😁 30 is crazy young- more like the peak of youth.

Now this is funny. I thought about menopause sometimes when my flow became significantly low and it seemed I was wasting my sanitary towels but I didn't ask Google. I wasn't ready to probe it further to avoid heart attack.

The very last thing you would want to do is Google your symptoms. It rarely ever bodes well when you do that. Love this piece and I do wonder what you would have done if you found out you did get an early menopause?😄

I remember going to Google to search for the cause of something as I didn't know it. What I saw wasn't what I expected, I was so scared so I understand how you felt when you googled yours.
