LOH Community Contest #220 ~ My Eating Habit and I.

What are your eating habits like? Do you have favorite self-care recipes? And do you tend to eat whatever you crave?
I smirked when I saw this topic because I don't think when it comes to eating habits, I am particularly about being strict with myself. For someone who has a sweet tooth, always has been, the only major thing that helps me reduce my intake and watch myself especially when it comes to my eating habits with sugary things is the fact that I see my monthly cycle and for the fact that it is always a disastrous and hectic day when I am in that period.
I usually have a painful month cycle with a cramp that could make me lose my mind if not handled well, this is what I do when we I have the intention that I have had enough of my sugary fill to last me for a while, I switch immediately to digesting enough fruits and foods that would help me reduce the too much sugary in my body.
The funny thing is, I don't know if that trick works but since I can not be mindful of my diet, and can not control my sugary side, I always find myself switching to, less sugar and healthy foods and intake to keep me on the right track after few weeks of intake of sugary and unhealthy food and junk. I am not a big fan of food, I could say I am not a foodie but I am a junk eater, prefer to chew than eat actual food, I have a sweet tooth and can live on fruits, snacks, and drinks for as long as I intend to, only a few times break.
If I am out of money, I mean broke, you would find me thinking twice about how I spend and managing a lot of things especially my cravings, but you would be so tired of me if I have enough money on me to spare because I am going to be spending like the word "broke" doesn't exist in my dictionary anymore.
That's why I tell people that a lack of finances can be the only reason I am sad, and I could fall sick realizing I don't have enough money to spend and satisfy my cravings when I need it and how I need it. Money and maybe trying not to take too much sugary or junk can only be the reason why I can't satisfy my cravings, except for that, I am a "Satisfier of cravings" lol.
I do not have particular eating habits, do not have a favorite self-care recipe, nor do I deprive myself of my cravings, I satisfy, and I eat whatever I crave, I do only just a little here and there to help me stay fit especially because of the monthly cycle that visits us and the painful cramps that comes with it.

I suffer a lot with menstrual and premenstrual pains and the truth is that I have become aware of my diet and I have seen how by eating healthier I have felt much better.
Greetings! 😊

Menstrual cramps are so painful for some of us, I'm one of them and I do think the sugar intake has a lot to do with it but how do we stop? Lol
Taking fruits is helpful even if you don't see the difference.

Cravings can be problem enough but combined with stressful circumstances can even tougher. Fruits at least have sweet in the form of Complex carbs that are better than getting that full sugar rush in the beginning than pure sweets. 🍊🍌
