Cuéntanos algo que hayas aprendido de tu madre, tu hermana o una vecina que ella no te haya enseñado directamente.

Tell us something you learned from your mother, your sister or a neighbor that she didn't teach you directly.

Algo que tengo muy presente y por lo que estoy sumamente agradecida son por las enseñanzas de mi madre y mi abuela sin embargo aprecio muchísimo más esas cosas que sin que me dijeran directamente "esto se hace así" yo las aprendí.

Something that I have very present and for which I am extremely grateful are the teachings of my mother and my grandmother, however, I appreciate much more those things that I learned without being told directly "this is how to do it".

Mi madre es un perfecto ejemplo de ello ,es la mujer más luchadora que conozco y a partir de su ejemplo me enseñó a ser fuerte y no depender de absolutamente nadie .Les cuento un poco mi mama fue madre soltera durante toda mi crianza y le tocó hacer todo sola fomentando mi respeto y admiración,es difícil encargarse de dos hijos y una casa ahora que crecí me di cuenta lo difícil que fue para ella.

My mother is a perfect example of this, she is the most hard working woman I know and from her example she taught me to be strong and not depend on absolutely no one, I tell you a little bit my mother was a single mother during all my upbringing and she had to do everything by herself encouraging my respect and admiration, it is difficult to take care of two children and a house now that I grew up I realized how difficult it was for her.

Siempre la percibí fuerte ante cualquier situación, recuerdo que se levantaba a las 4 am para hacer el desayuno el almuerzo y luego vestirnos a mi hermano y a mi para dejarnos listo para la escuela ,se iba a trabajar a otro estado aproximadamente 3 horas de mi casa luego llegaba a las 7 de la noche cansadísima revisando los pendientes que teníamos de la escuela, créanme que está rutina era realmente agotadora y aún así lo hizo durante años para sacarnos adelante y que no nos faltara nada.

I always perceived her as strong in any situation, I remember that she would get up at 4 am to make breakfast and lunch and then dress my brother and me to get us ready for school, she would go to work in another state approximately 3 hours from my house and then she would arrive at 7 pm very tired checking the pending things we had from school, believe me this routine was really exhausting and yet she did it for years to get us ahead and to make sure we lacked nothing.

Mi mamá me enseñó a no depender de nadie,a medida que iba creciendo observé como mi madre hacía todo sola, ella podía ser mamá y papá a la vez, sabía cambiar las llaves del grifo, sabía arreglar el auto cuando se dañaba entre otro muchísimas cosas más.

My mother taught me not to depend on anyone, as I grew up I observed how my mother did everything by herself, she could be mom and dad at the same time, she knew how to change the faucet keys, she knew how to fix the car when it broke down among many other things.
Es decir podía resolver todo sola
tanto así que yo le decia "Mi superhéroe" eso fue lo que yo aprendí de ella desde el ejemplo,cosa que actualmente me ayudó muchísimo ya que soy una persona independiente en todos los sentidos.
