When it comes to choosing a pet, we all have our favorite, although sometimes a tender pet can come to our life by surprise to win our attention and conquer our love, no matter how exotic it is.

My beloved Tomy 🐶

When a cute little ball of fur is your gift of friendship it is difficult to leave that gift aside and that was the surprise that a friend gave me two years ago, a little poodle.

At home the kids wanted a pet but I refused, on my part that would not happen until this little dog arrived and captivated my heart with his tenderness.

I always said that my dream pet would be a tiger, but I didn't want to give myself the opportunity to have a dog at home, even though my son begged me for a pet.

When Tomy came home my world changed, he was the perfect pet for me, we loved him like a son, a canine member, a companion, our little soldier.

That little guy was special, every morning he jumped up when my kids got out of bed, he was obedient and very smart.

We did not choose Tomy, our paths crossed, in my plans there was no place for him, for me Tomy was not special because of his breed, color, size, he fit perfectly in the emptiness that was in my life for lack of a pet, I refused to accept that truth.

This poodle became my favorite pet because of the bond I had with him, he has a special place in my family's heart.

He was a tender companion that I needed, through him the wrong idea I had about dogs changed, deep inside I was afraid of dogs, he made me react.

He was the perfect pet at the time, unfortunately I had to say goodbye to my little one, I still haven't overcome that grief, however I am willing to let another little puppy into my home.

Tomy will always have the place of my favorite pet, although I still dream of having a tiger, I love those felines, so far I am satisfied with seeing them in pictures and videos.

My children have been asking me for a Golden Retriever, he is next on the pet list, my daughter already has a name for him: Snow.
