Very good advice! I recently have learned (trust me, I've struggled with this for YEARS!) about not denying myself, but watching the amount and my calorie allotment (I set the total for myself and it's not excessive). I generally stay under the 1300 I've allotted. I allow myself a treat 3 times per week and have learned to look for things that are low calorie and still delectable!

I still have a hard time managing a certain amount of calories, but I will gradually implement that to see how it goes.
