Ya tenía varias semanas sin participar en los concursos semanales de la comunidad, sin embargo, me gusta hacerlo cuando tengo bases o me identifico con las preguntas, como en esta ocasión.
¿Has probado el mindfulness o la meditación? Qué técnicas te funcionan mejor?
No, no he practicado la meditación, de hecho soy una persona muy ansiosa y me resulta difícil estarme quieta o sin pensar un momento, siempre estoy buscando algo que hacer para distraerme y no sobrepensar algunas cosas. Sin embargo, si me gustaría lograr aprender o meditar para sentirme mejor.
¿Qué hábitos adoptas para mantenerte sano a pesar de tu apretada agenda?
Yo tengo un trabajo bastante calmado, no estoy constantemente bajo presión, pero el horario y el tiempo que tengo que estar en la tienda muchas veces me consume, aparte de ese hecho, también está el tema de que vivo muy lejos del mismo, y por ende, aunque logre salir temprano siempre llego a casa muy tarde.
El beneficio de trabajar frente al gimnasio o más bien dentro del mismo es que puedo entrenar y eso me ayuda a mantenerme saludable y liberar el estrés que muchas veces me consume, aparte de eso siempre trato de ver una película, dormir mis 8 horas, alimentarme de manera adecuada para tener siempre energías para un nuevo día, siempre busco la forma de reinventarme para sentirme bien y mantenerme firme en la vida.

No, I have not practiced meditation, in fact I am a very anxious person and it is difficult for me to be still or not think for a moment, I am always looking for something to do to distract me and not overthink some things. However, if I would like to manage to learn or meditate to feel better.
What habits do you adopt to stay healthy in spite of your busy schedule?
I have a pretty calm job, I'm not constantly under pressure, but the schedule and the time I have to be in the store often consumes me, apart from that fact, there is also the fact that I live far away from it, and therefore, even if I manage to leave early I always get home very late.
The benefit of working in front of the gym or rather inside the gym is that I can train and that helps me to stay healthy and release the stress that often consumes me, besides that I always try to watch a movie, sleep my 8 hours, eat properly to always have energy for a new day, I always look for ways to reinvent myself to feel good and stay strong in life.
