I love rain!!! You are lucky to have rain every year and experience it with joy, not caring at all what other people think if you're soaked and laughing with a friend walking out. I'd love that if I could.
About sad moments with rain, I guess only when I think about it and it's not raining. But when it is raining not a dull moment!!! Hahaha!!! I love it!

I don't find the rain boring, what I find boring is that it rains so much because sometimes it rains 3 or 4 days in a row and I end up changing my plans because of so much water. Thank you very much for your visit
i agree with you too - 3-4 days in a row is too much though. and our moods by then would really change HAHAHA!!!
