If I come across something interesting with birds, I try to take a photo. Well, what kind of birds do we have here in the city... Pigeons, mostly.

Всем привет!	Hello everyone!
Если мне что-то интересное с птицами попадается, я стараюсь сфотографировать. Ну, какие у нас тут в городе птицы… Голуби, в основном.
	Кто-то подкормил птиц, поленившись накрошить хлеб, кинув просто нарезанные кусочки на снег. Голуби и этому рады.
Someone fed the birds, too lazy to crumble the bread, just throwing the cut pieces on the snow. The pigeons are happy with that.

Старались они, старались, но корочка жестковата. И получились выклеванные рамочки.	They tried and tried, but the crust is tough. And the pecked frames turned out.
На самом деле, я не уверена, что доброе дело сделал тот, кто кинул птицам куски черного хлеба. Прочитала, что ветеринары призывают не кормить птиц черным хлебом, он вызывает брожение в желудке. Для человека ничего особенного, а птицам очень вредно.	In fact, I'm not sure that the one who threw pieces of black bread to the birds did a good deed. I read that veterinarians urge not to feed birds black bread, it causes fermentation in the stomach. Nothing special for humans, but very harmful for birds.
Надеюсь, что эти голуби уже приспособились выживать в городе и справляются с вредной едой.	I hope that these pigeons have already adapted to surviving in the city and can cope with unhealthy food.
Для птиц зимой лучше насыпать крупы в сухом виде: перловка, пшеница, ячмень, семечки, гречка, просо, горох, чечевица и другие.	For birds in winter it is better to pour dry cereals: pearl barley, wheat, barley, seeds, buckwheat, millet, peas, lentils and others.

Городские голуби обычно довольно единообразные серенькие. А тут, смотрите, какой необычной расцветки красавчик затесался в серую стайку.	City pigeons are usually quite uniform gray. And here, look at what an unusually colored handsome fellow has sneaked into the gray flock.
У нас в городе есть кое-где голубятни. Возможно, это их породистые обитатели вносят разнообразие в невзрачную голубиную массу, не знаю.	In our city there are some dovecotes. Perhaps it is their thoroughbred inhabitants who bring variety to the nondescript pigeon mass, I don’t know.
