Всем привет!	Hello everyone!
В Светлогорске мы с друзьями побывали эим летом 23 июня 2024 года. Это была групповая экскурсия, так что нам нельзя было выбрать другой время для прогулки. Пришлось осматривать этот замечательный город под дождем.	My friends and I visited Svetlogorsk this summer, on June 23, 2024. It was a group excursion, so we couldn’t choose another time for a walk. We had to explore this wonderful city in the rain.
Но это нам не помешало оценить красоту города и почувствовать его атмосферу.	But this didn’t stop us from appreciating the beauty of the city and feeling its atmosphere.
Ранее это был немецкий город Раушен. Здесь сохранились здания того времени. Одно из самых интересных – водонапорная башня, соединенная с водогрязелечебницей Здание построено в любимом мною стиле модерн – немецком его варианте югендстиль, соединенном с местными традициями. Строительство было окончено в 1908 году.	Previously, this was the German city of Rauschen. Buildings from that time have been preserved here. One of the most interesting is the water tower connected to the mud baths. The building was built in my favorite Art Nouveau style – its German version, Jugendstil, combined with local traditions. The construction was completed in 1908.
Послевоенные реконструкции внесли некоторые изменения в образ этой достопримечательности. С 1978 года башню украшают солнечные часы со знаками зодиака. Это работа скульптора Николая Фролова.	Post-war reconstructions made some changes to the image of this landmark. Since 1978, the tower has been decorated with a sundial with zodiac signs. This is the work of sculptor Nikolai Frolov.
Послевоенные реконструкции внесли некоторые изменения в образ этой достопримечательности. С 1978 года башню украшают солнечные часы со знаками зодиака. Это работа скульптора Николая Фролова.	Post-war reconstructions made some changes to the image of this landmark. Since 1978, the tower has been decorated with a sundial with zodiac signs. This is the work of sculptor Nikolai Frolov.

С другого ракурса видно, что очень большая часть комплекса оплетена вьющимися растениями. Выглядит очень эффектно.

From another angle, you can see that a very large part of the complex is entwined with climbing plants. It looks very impressive.

Водонапорная башня обслуживала именно водогрязелечебницу. Комплекс был доступен не только для лечебных процедур. Здесь располагались общественные организации, была библиотека. На башне и сейчас видно смотровую площадку. Говорят, с неё открываются прекрасные виды. Но попасть на эту площадку давно уже нельзя. Сейчас здание принадлежит военному санаторию. Так что, с улицы в здание не попадёшь. К тому же, лестница, ведущая на площадку, пришла в аварийное состояние.

The water tower served the mud baths. The complex was available not only for medical procedures. It housed public organizations and a library. The observation deck is still visible on the tower. They say it offers wonderful views. But it has long been impossible to get to this deck. Now the building belongs to a military sanatorium. So, you can’t get into the building from the street. In addition, the stairs leading to the deck have fallen into disrepair.
