| Это был чудесный день в сентябре 2020 года. В нашей короткой поездке во Владимир мы отвели один день для осмотра этого храма. Доехали на автобусе до Боголюбова. А от станции до храма надо идти 1,5 км через поле вот по такой дорожке. На данный моент она выложена каменными плитками, поэтому можно спокойно дойти в любую погоду. Но нам повезло и с погодой, был прекрасный солнечный день. | It was a wonderful day in September 2020. On our short trip to Vladimir, we took one day to see this temple. We arrived by bus to Bogolyubov. And from the station to the temple you have to walk 1.5 km across the field along this path. At the moment, the road is lined with stone tiles, so you can safely walk in any weather. But we were lucky with the weather, it was a beautiful sunny day. |
| Этот лаконичный и прекрасный храм идеально вписан в окружающий пейзаж. Пока идёшь к нему по дороге, любуешься приближающимся белокаменным шедевром. Охватывают какие-то волнующие чувства. | This laconic and beautiful temple fits perfectly into the surrounding landscape. While walking towards him along the road, you admire the approaching white-stone masterpiece. Overwhelmed by some exciting feelings. |

| Церковь Покрова на Нерли была построена князем Андреем Боголюбским в 12 веке. В строительстве есть уникальные технические моменты. Храм выстроен на заливном лугу на берегу реки Нерль, т.е. весной всё это пространство залито водой. Но для церкви был возведен холм и она всегда возвышается над водой. | The Church of the Intercession on the Nerl was built by Prince Andrey Bogolyubsky in the 12th century. There are unique technical aspects in construction. The temple was built on a flooded meadow on the banks of the Nerl River, i.e. in spring all this space is flooded with water. But a hill was erected for the church and it always rises above the water. |
