Very one of us know very well that the crypto market is very volatile and currently hive is experiencing a great dip in price, as someone who really desires growth,not minding the current situation surrounding hive, I thought of still pushing and engaging by participating in this event to share my idea about my favorites cryptocurrencies outside of the Hive ecosystem: Chainlink (LINK)

Why I Like Chainlink (LINK):

I know so many people will go for Bitcoin as their favorite, no doubt it was the very first crypto but since it is a contest and we are asked to discuss our favorite, mine is the chainlink.

The very first reason why Chainlink is my favorite is that the currency has established partnerships with a lot of major players across various industries, I really admire a project when the team has been able to collaborate with others, it makes it unique in a kind of way, when there is so many collaboration it is convincing enough to show the reliability of a project. So far Chainlink has been able to prove its integrity by collaborating with bigger industries such Google Cloud, Oracle, and SWIFT. This teamwork breeds wider adoption, growth and progress.
Versatile Use Cases
Chainlink has a high level of versatility, for instance the chainlink’s Oracle service supports a wider volume of applications, such as DeFi (Decentralized Finance) platforms needing real-time price feeds to insurance companies requiring accurate weather data for smart contracts, Chainlink's potential use cases are vast and varied

Chainlink has a decentralized nature, it has an oracle network that connects smart contracts with real-world data. This functionality is very important for enhancing smart contracts to interact with others data sources outside it, APIs, and payment systems, thereby providing moreapplicability and utility.
