Hello friends,
How are you all doing? I hope you all are having a nice preparation for the holidays 😊 . I've been choked up with a lot of work and i hope i could finish them much earlier before the holidays. Its another week to explore more splinterlands characters and as you all know i would be using the scribbling technique for my art work. This week i chose the character name Darkest Mage which i kind of fancy. His name already gives the impression that he has great abilities and not to be joked with .

The scribbling technique and the Ibis Paint app on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A was used in making this drawing. I began by drawing the left eye, then the top nose the second eye before going to the hat, cloth and other areas. The most intriguing aspect of this drawing was adding color, which I accomplished gradually moving from dark to light tones. After scribbling the figure, I used a dark tone of each colour to provide a base before going back in gradually to add more values that lifted the image. Once the highlights are in place and the drawing is complete, the black backdrop helps the image stand out. I was amazed at the outcome and hope you love it too.
