In Summary:

  • I start out with a model template and morph the body physically.
  • I put the body into a position, change facial expressions, add makeup, dress the model, add skin texture, props, etc…
  • I either can embed the character into the background or wrap the environment around the character, then add lighting and camera settings, like depth of field.
  • Rendering times was about 15 hours.
  • Postwork in Photoshop (adding imperfections in the skin, changing atmosphere and lighting, etc…)

I entered the post, a little confused, thinking it was an illustration... I was dumb to see that you had modeled everything in 3D and that the work was not a simple drawing. Wow, the lights surprise me and the atmosphere generated by all these colors and the low exposure highlights their energy charges. It's a wonderful job, well done.

It looks great, at first glance I thought it was Photoshop. Although in the final result you did not use the floor and the other objects that you put in the viewport

Thank you @rowell. Yeah, the floor and objects are there...they are just highly distorted from the narrow depth of field and bright point light :)
