Self-Defense

In a world where women and specially young girls are commonly looked upon as not equal to men. Mostly their value as human is referred like an item or product. I really think that women should learn how to protect themselves physically from the childhood they should learn self-defense.

But at first place we shouldn't have to learn! Women are the queens and they have the ability to bring a life to this world.
The fact is some men tend to physically hurt their women and that seems horrible. Only a mentally ill person would hurt the mother’s of their children and they are the reason life is being prolonged. Men who physically hurt are monsters. But yeah women must be physically strong as well that’s why to beat those monsters off they need self-defense tac-tics.

Free for all

I think that every women, men and children should learn how to self-defence they should know how to protect themselves from crime and accidents. In case if I am getting hurt or someone trying to push themselves on me or trying to kill me by something then I should know how to protect myself from these kind of situations.

But I have never thought that I should learn self-defens and another important thing I should mention is that not all men are the same and not all women are being attacked. But if anyone has the bad intention then you never know what will happen next. Females do sometimes feel the need to defend themselves for predatory behavior from some men. Think of life how bad it is going that now days women feel danger and want to learn to defend like they don’t feel safe anywhere anymore. I would say that it is a shame for the society we live in.

Facing Harassment

I have seen few times in bus in street women are getting harassed by men. They keep quite when it happens out of embarrassment. But I think it’s not our fault or a subject that we should keep quite about. It’s nothing shameful because women are the victims over here. No matter what you are wearing no one has the right to do anything to a female. Even though if someone is fully covered with clothes still they get harassed by men. Dressing up in a Borka does not stop them. People in my country if any girl gets harassed it’s because she is wearing less clothes but if it’s someone fully covered they still will try to find the fault in a female and say it doesn’t clap with one hand. So it is important to take our own stands and not expect others to defend us. In this type of situation self-defense would be useful by beating off the harasser.

Conclusion

Everyone should learn self-defense for their own protection even though if there are no chances of getting attacked. Most probably it can be learned over a period of months just need some confidence. I have 2 friends of mine they have learnt marital arts when they were young and they said it gives them a peace of mind.
