My dear #hivefoodies I greet you and hope you are feeling well. This time I want to contribute to those delicious dinners that I see here in the community and especially aimed at those people who want to change their eating habits as I am trying to do right now, together we are more 😌.
Dieting in this country is very difficult, firstly because it implies investing more in products and secondly, I think it has to do with our culture of processed flours that are addictive! So, take that away from us and aha, what do we eat?
For me, the case of dinner is the most critical, because I have already exhausted all my creativity at breakfast and lunch, in addition to the tiredness that I already accumulate and what I want is to sleep, but my stomach _wants to feast_ on pasta, arepa, bread, flour and more flour.
This pita bread, which is of Arabic origin, has become an alternative, throwing out the normal processed bread from my fridge and my daily diet. Although it is tasteless and at first feels not filling, it is all about changing the mind that we are eating as we should and not to have that feeling of fullness, with an emphasis on the night when the sugars do their thing.
Well, my version of dinner goes like this:
For each loaf we will need:
🌮 1 pita bread.
🌮 1 slice of ham.
🌮 1 slice of cheese. Can be yellow, ricotta, mozzarella.
🌮 Lettuce.
🌮 Onion.
🌮 Tomato.
🌮 Sauce.
1 scissors.

Para cada pan necesitaremos:
🌮 1 pan pita.
🌮 1 lonja de jamón.
🌮 1 lonja de queso. Puede ser amarillo, ricotta, mozzarella.
🌮 Lechuga.
🌮 Cebolla.
🌮 Tomate.
🌮 Salsa.
1 tijera.
Preparación:
Preparation: Well, the preparation is very simple. It is pertinent to remember that lettuce and vegetables in general should be washed and dried well before placing them in our preparation.
First we take our bread and scissors for what? I learned this trick from Instagram. We take our round bread and cut 25% of its surface. This cut will allow us to fold our bread and be able to place the rest of the ingredients:
Now, we make an imaginary division by chopping (I repeat imaginary) our bread into four equal parts.
In the first box, we place the ham, in the second box the cheese, in another box we place the legucha, tomato and onion, and in the last box we place the sauce.

Bueno, yo porque lo hice así je,je,je lo siento por las dietas, pero esto lo pueden combinar con esta deliciosa salsa de berenjenas que nos regaló la #hiverfood @mairimmorales en esta publicación porque en la cocina existen cosas que debemos hacer al pie de la letra pero otras podemos adaptarlas para nuestra conveniencia. Mientras más saludable, mejor.
At this point we stop because if it's fittness how are we going to use pink sauce! Well, me because I did it this way heh,heh,heh sorry for the diets, but you can combine this with this delicious aubergine sauce that the #hiverfood @mairimmorales gave us in this publication because in the kitchen there are things that we must do to the letter but others we can adapt for our convenience. The healthier the better.
Ahora procedemos a doblar nuestro pan de la siguiente manera; al inicio no lo entendí pero con práctica queda muy bien://Now we proceed to fold our bread in the following way; at the beginning I didn't understand it but with practice it looks very good:
Finally, we take a few sticks and put them in to hold them when we put it on the griddle, just let it heat up and turn it over and over, it will be ready.
I added more sauce because I love it. KIDS DON'T MAKE IT AT HOME! 🤣 As I said, you may or may not add the sauce of your choice.
And this is what our dish looks like. I want to point out that I like this dish so much, that these final photographs are part of a lunch, which I accompanied with pork chop (the healthiest fat) made in a deep fryer and some fries (these if there is no way to hide the fat), resulting in this genius.
