Let's Make a Collage | Round 216
Round 216
Resuming my participation for this round 216, I was pleasantly surprised by the material provided, which included many interesting dynamics. I decided to take a direction and select three images from the gallery offered to us for selection and participation.
The collage features a head and two arms that relate to each other in a certain way, as if a titan were awakening and grabbing a ship with one of its hands. Although the background was originally light blue in the initial image, I decided to paint it with the final colors to get a quick idea of how it might turn out. Pleased with the preliminary result, I used lights to detail some areas of the ship and give it more depth and realism.
Reanudando mi participación para este round 216, me vi sorprendido por el material proporcionado, que incluía muchas dinámicas interesantes. Decidí tomar una dirección y seleccionar tres imágenes de la galería que se nos ofreció para elegir y participar.
El collage cuenta con una cabeza y dos brazos que se relacionan en una pieza de cierta manera, como si se tratara de un titán despertándose y tomando un barco con una de sus manos. Aunque el fondo era celeste en la imagen inicial, decidí pintarlo con los colores finales para obtener una breve idea de cómo podría quedar el resultado. Satisfecho con el resultado preliminar, utilicé luces para detallar algunas zonas del barco y darle más profundidad y realismo.

What a dark theme and ghostly site. I love the drama of the scene, especially the dark skyline and the hand that has captured a ship and holds it high out of the water. The overall scene feels as though I'm watching a movie trailer. All the elements you included in the scene work well together. The key to the theme's success is the lightning in the eye.
