Looking Forward To My First Official Christmas Vacation.
Hello guys, Happy New Week. So it's just a few weeks to December which happens to be the last month of the year. It still surprises me how the year ran so fast, just a while ago, we were saying 'Happy New Year', and here we are again gradually approaching the end of the year.
For some people, it's such a wonderful privilege to see the end of the year due to their achievements this year, and for others, they can’t get over the fact that they are ending 2024 in one piece.
It’s that time of the year when we get to experience so much love, joy, and even a bit of magic. This is a season of joy and gratitude regardless of what we were able to achieve, the mere thought of seeing the beginning of the year down to the end is a thing of joy and we all should be grateful.
It's only a few weeks before the last month of the year. Is there anything you're looking forward to in December? It may be a vacation, an item you want to get for yourself, a particular goal you're set to achieve or just the December season itself. Share this with us and why it's important to you.
As the year comes to an end, I look forward to a vacation, I had wanted to visit my family, but I visited them earlier this year, and coupled with the rising cost of transportation, I decided to stay back, so I rather decided to take myself to a nearby state for a vacation, to relieve myself from all of the Hustle and Bustle that came with this year. It's nothing really big though, just mostly vacationing at a place that has tourist sites and go sightseeing.
I was supposed to go with my friend, but she later told me she had to travel to her hometown during the holidays to take care of some issues, so I'll be going solo, except I find another travel buddy. I hope I have as much fun as I am anticipating, I've always had this notion that vacations are best enjoyed when you're in the company of those you love, correct me if I'm wrong.
Some of the places I am considering to visit include:
The famous Olumo Rock in Ogun State Nigeria
This place is a beauty, I have heard so much about it, and also seen so many pictures, it's one place I really want to visit.

Idanre Hills in Akure, Ondo State
It is also a famous tourist site in Nigeria that I would really love to visit. I read that it is a great spot for hiking and sightseeing which is just what I want.

Agodi Gardens Ibadan
As the name implies, it's like a natural park, it’s a place that offers a relaxing ambiance.
I am still looking at different options though, hopefully before the end of the week I should come up with a decision so I can start making proper arrangements. I know I'm supposed to have been finalizing my arrangements, but I just came up with this idea.
I am actually looking forward to having a great vacation this year, as this will be the very first time will be going on a solo vacation. It's not going to be one of those very exquisite vacations where I get to spend a fortune, this trip will be on a budget, but I’ll try to make the most of it.
I made a promise to myself this year to live my life to the fullest going forward and to try out new things as I have been so afraid to do so for a very long time. I want to take a look at my life in a few years with no regrets.
Thank you for stopping by🌹

Wow... That's good idea we have here. Going on a vacation, to me was supposed to be fin if you take along someone most ES the one you love. Just look for someone to take along since your friend would be going to her hometown.
