Hive Open Mic Week #220 | One Day At Time (cover) By @g2comfort .
Hello friends of Hive and most especially Hive Open Mic Community. We are already in week 220 with the Theme Time and I will doing a cover of a song title One day at a time.
For me, I will interpret Time as the most important thing in life, it is applied in every part of our life. Without time we are nothing. Time never waits for anyone, and no one can stop it or reverse it. There is a time for everything, so it's important that we value the time we are living now. Don't live in guilty, sadness or worry. Don't live in worry about the future or the past. Live in the present and enjoy every moment of it.
"One day at a time" song by Lydia Randle was released in 2005. The lyrics of this song are about having faith in God to keep moving us forward one day at time. The song also encourages us to focus on the present moment, and not to worry too much about the future or the struggle we are are going through. Put your trust in God, with him all things are possible.
Well, I'll be leaving you with the video of my presentation and I hope you enjoy it. Grateful to everyone in this community and on hive for their great support, comment and for reading through my post. God bless you.
LYRICS
I'm only human
I'm just a woman
Help me believe in what I could be
And all that I am
Oh, show me the stairway
That I have to climb
Lord, for my sake, teach me to take
One day at a time
One day at a time, sweet Jesus
That's all I'm asking of You
Just give me the strength to do everyday
What I have to do
Yesterday's gone, sweet Jesus
And tomorrow may never be mine
Lord help me today
Show me the way
One day at a time
Oh, do you remember
When You walked among men
Well, Jesus, You know
If You're looking below
That it's worse now than then
Oh, there's pushing and shoving
And it's crowding my mind
So, Lord, for my sake
Teach me to take
One day at a time
Thanks for your time on my blog.
