ENGLISH
Greetings my dear ladies of Hive, happy Thursday. This week @jane1289 brings us two very interesting questions that make a balance between work, wellness and family. In my post I will emphasize the second question which is the following:
"If you are one of the breadwinners in your family, how do you balance your work and life so that your well-being is not compromised? Tell us how you enjoy your life, your hobbies, or the source of entertainment you do, so that you don't get consumed by stress (non breadwinners can join in as well)."
My family consists of four people, my parents, my brother and me. Five years ago, my brother emigrated to Peru, so there are three of us left. Since I was little the breadwinner of the family was my father, and still is, since he is the one who earns the most money of the three of us, but for the last few years the household expenses have been divided among all of us.
Almost two years ago I met Hive thanks to @jennyzer, this has been the economic support that has allowed me to work from home and help with the expenses of it, and I must say that every publication I share I do it with great effort and dedication because I like it. Another reason is that I can practice the career for which I studied for so long, and for about a year I have been a math teacher in a private school.
As you know in Venezuela the teaching profession, in general, is very poorly paid and even working in a private school the salary is not good compared to what is spent month to month. However, working as a teacher has been very good for me, since I started teaching I changed my personality completely and the moment I decided to enter a classroom and impart my knowledge to 40 children I knew it was going to be by vocation and I do it with all my heart. That is why working through Hive has helped me a lot to have enough time to be able to dedicate myself to what I love without neglecting my household expenses.
Many people ask me why I decided to work as a teacher if I do not earn anything, what they do not know is that it has brought me a lot of happiness, what I must make very clear is that it is not an easy job, but every day I learn and enjoy new experiences and the ups and downs in each class, and this is something I never felt in any classroom job I had in previous years.
Organizing myself financially has not been easy for me, since I am one of those people who does not "save" haha but these months I have tried to have a financial balance that has allowed me to buy everything I need on a personal level, buy clothes or different items that before I could not so often, as well as enjoy at least once a week or every two weeks of an outing that helps to clear my mind and enjoy with friends or family.
This would be all for today, I hope you liked my publication today and has been at the height of the publications that you beautiful ladies have shared. See you later, I wish you have a nice day and night.

What do you mean by teachers not earning anything? Of course, all public servants are earning.. But some aren't just enough
I think the better way to say it is that teachers are underpaid, not just in your country but also in mine, and the worst part is it takes a lot of stress to get the job but at the end of the day it is either you are underpaid or you they are not paid when due.
It takes a lot to be a breadwinner and I commend your father for it even now.
Wow, a math teacher, I am always so happy when I hear someone say he or she is a maths teacher because I know what that subject entails and for someone who runs away from maths, it is always a privilege to see them.
Good that you find happiness in your teaching job, regardless of the pay.
Teachers are also underpaid over here, so it takes someone who truly enjoys imparting knowledge to others to find happiness doing the job.
