-Rama de canela.
-Cúrcuma.
-Jengibre.
-Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra.
-Aceite de Girasol.
-Sal.
INGREDIENTS:
To prepare this recipe you need:
-Cous Cous.
-Chicken fillets or chopped chicken.
-Red and green pepper.
-Garlic.
-Onion.
-Turnip.
-Carrots.
-Courgette.
-Homemade fried tomato.
-Cinnamon stick.
-Turmeric.
-Ginger.
-Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
-Sunflower oil.
-Salt.
Paso 1/Step:
The first thing to do is to fry the garlic, onion and peppers.
Once everything is poached, pour it into the blender and blend it, I usually do it like this so that my daughter eats it all 😉.
Paso 2/Step:
Next we toss the chicken in a splash of oil in the pan and add, the Turmeric and Ginger, a teaspoon of each.
Once the chicken is slightly cooked, add the stir fry and salt. This is the moment to add the chopped vegetables.
Leave on a medium heat, together with 2 glasses of water and in about 20/25 minutes it is ready.
Paso 3/Step:
When our vegetables are almost ready, in a saucepan, add a glass and a half of water for three people, salt and a small splash of sunflower oil.
Once the water starts to boil, add about one cup of cous cous per person and stir until you can see that the semolina separates and is not caked.
Our Cous Cous is now ready to serve and taste.

What a delicious recipe sis. This is something unfamiliar to me since I have not seen a dish like this here in my country. I must say that this too is so delicious as how I see it. Happy cooking and have a nice time my dear friend and take care!
