SMAP 175 - Something Unexpected

The theme for this week is:

PERCHING ON A TREE

Wow, I was almost sure I will miss this week except that this morning I had the opportunity to pass by this tree on my way to the local store in our neighborhood.

I was with my grandson and were it not for him pointing at the top of the tree and saying, "Take a picture of them", I would have missed them, and this week's theme as well. Here's what he saw.

At first they weren't so clear but after a careful look, I saw them more clearly and knew I had my SMAP entry.

Good thing I had my phone with me and I clicked away. The last photo is my entry.

Thanks to my grandson who I just realized is not only a SMASher (from @melinda010100 Show Me A Shadow Contest) but a SMAPper as well lol. I hope this still makes it in time with less than 6 hours before deadline.
