El día de hoy les voy a mostrar el paso a paso de unas deliciosas galletas de pasta seca, sin manga. Una receta fácil, rápida y divina.

Today, I'm going to show you the step-by-step instructions for some delicious dry dough cookies without sleeves. An easy, quick, and divine recipe.

Para está preparación vamos a utilizar lo siguiente

For this preparation we are going to use the following

_ingredientes _

250 g de margarita o mantequilla
3 huevos
500 g de harina de trigo
250g de azúcar
Vainilla
Ralladura de limón.


Ingredients: 
250g of marjoram or butter 
3 eggs 
500g of wheat flour 
250g of sugar
Vanilla 
Lemon zest

_procedimiento _

Iniciamos está preparación colocando mantequilla y azúcar en un bol la cual se batió hasta que la mantequilla blanquee. Lo pueden hacer con una batidora yo lo hice con paleta debido a que no tengo batidora, después de tener lista la mezcla de mantequilla y azúcar agregar un chorrito de vainilla al gusto, integrar los huevos , la ralladura de limón y seguir batiendo para incorporar todos los ingredientes

Procedure 

Begin this preparation by placing the butter and sugar in a bowl and beating until the butter turns white. You can do this with a mixer. I used a paddle attachment because I don't have one. After mixing the butter and sugar, add a dash of vanilla to taste, add the eggs, and lemon zest, and continue beating to incorporate all the ingredients.

La harina se va a ir agregando poco a poco hasta que la mezcla se despegue del bol, esto nos indicará que está perfecta para realizar nuestras galletas . Este paso se realiza con una paleta para lograr la consistencia que queremos, Y no poner a sufrir a las batidoras domésticas.

The flour will be added little by little until the mixture separates from the bowl. This will indicate that it's ready for making our cookies. This step is done with a paddle to achieve the desired consistency and to avoid straining household mixers.

Lista la masa la pase a una manga con la boquilla de tu preferencia. Yo como no tengo manga 🥴 utilizo una bolsita, no resultó muy bien pero pude resolver. Así mismo engrase una bandeja para horno y le pase harina de trigo para que no se peguen mis galletas. Y fui colocando una a una con ayuda de una tijera de cocina.

Once the dough is ready, I transfer it to a pastry bag with a nozzle of your choice. Since I don't have a pastry bag 🥴, I use a small bag. It didn't turn out very well, but I managed. I also greased a baking sheet and dusted it with wheat flour to prevent my cookies from sticking. I placed them one by one with the help of kitchen scissors.

Cuando ya estaban todas listas en la bandeja procedí a meterlas en el horno precalentado a una temperatura de 180 grados hasta que esten doradas y crujientes.

Once they were all ready on the tray, I proceeded to put them in the oven preheated to 180 degrees until they were golden and crispy.

No pueden imaginar lo deliciosas que quedaron , especial para la hora de la merienda o para que le metan en la lonchera de sus hijos .
