Greetings art lovers @splinterlands, as always it is a pleasure to bring a new illustrated project for the weekly contest based on this game so today it's the turn of SPINEBACK TURTLE, a very simple character whose position and head I changed, this less monster, more turtle and neck with their respective wrinkles; this character is underwater as their natural habitat, so this, somewhat overshadows the colors of his body.

Saludos amantes del arte @splinterlands, como siempre es un placer traer un nuevo proyecto ilustrado para el concurso semanal basado en este juego así que hoy le toco el turno a SPINEBACK TURTLE, un personaje bien sencillo al que le cambie la posición y la cabeza, esta menos monstruo, más tortuga y el cuello con sus respectivas arrugas; este personaje se encuentra debajo del agua como su hábitat natural, por lo que esta, opaca un tanto los colores de su cuerpo.

To start the sketch, the first thing was to draw the shell as a starting point to work more comfortably the size of the head and legs, the colors basically is the same line of tones that presents the original image, then I applied the filters that generate light to give that wet effect that is seen to be under water, then I added the claws of the hind leg and the spines of the head and shell; Finally, I added an opaque blue rectangle on top of my drawing along with circles of different sizes that resemble the bubbles that are created under the water.

Para iniciar el boceto, lo primero fue trazar el caparazón como punto de partida para trabajar más cómodamente el tamaño de la cabeza y las patas, los colores básicamente es la misma línea de tonos que presenta la imagen original, luego aplique los filtros que generan luz para que diera ese efecto mojado que se ve al estar debajo del agua, posteriormente añadí las garras de la pata trasera y las espinas de la cabeza y el caparazón; por último, incorpore un rectángulo azul opaco encima de mi dibujo junto con círculos de diferentes tamaños que asemejan las burbujas que se crean debajo del agua.
