LOH Contest #192: The Friends I Cherish Dearly.

Hello Everyone
I am excited to participate in the @LadiesofHive Community Contest for the week #192. And I will be sharing my story on one of the questions on this contest.

How much does friendship mean to you? Can you make New friends easily?

This is one mostly asked question we ask ourselves. A Lot of us do not value friendship, we take advantage of the good friends we have in life. We tend to view friendship on a lighter note. Most of us when we were in school we had a set of friends we valued and cherished but immediately after high school we scattered because we did not really build a strong relationship. And we can also likely see people that had a strong bond in high school that even after graduating you still see them together because they valued and cherished the relationship.

Personally I have issues with making friends easily. It takes a lot of time before I can make friends. I try to study the person I want to be friends with. I try to ascertain what value I will get from being friends with the person and also know in what way my being a friend to the person does to the person's life. I do a lot of evaluation before I finally get to be friends with anyone and when I am friends with you I cherish and value our friendship whatever would make us have issues. I try hard to watch it keenly and abstain from it.

With these evaluations we will be able to know if we really value and cherish the friends we keep. You cannot value a friend that has no value to impact your life. That's the reason we keep jumping from one friend to another.

high school we scattered because we did not really build a strong relationship

I think, this is my case. We got closer easily but the relationship we built is not strong enough. Another thing is, in my case, I just Suddenly feel too shy to face them. Right now, making friend virtually is much easier to me rather than making friends in real life

You definitely need to work on yourself. You should not just keep friends on social media alone.

I think it's a good not not to trust and make friends easily. Even I as we don't really know .

Before we think of trusting we should try and be guided properly so we will not regret it. We should try as much as we can to get to know our friends well before we begin to trust them
