If they had installed the correct one, we supposedly wouldn't be having this issue at all, so he recommended (he is a service person) to make a reclamation on the machine. However, it takes weeks to get a new machine from Germany. In the meantime, they are meant to have some part that will fix it enough for now, but they said that might take a week to get the part and have someone install it.

So, the nice service guy went and rented some heating blowers as an interim solution to heat the house, which was nice. The problem is, one went on, the second went on, and then it blew the circuit breaker, as it was drawing too much electricity.

I wonder if they will compensate for the damage they caused to your family@
