Hive's Great Allure

Early this year I got introduced to hive, it was confusing at first with a lot of details to absorb, a lot of communities and interests to explore but with time I began to get a grasp of the platform.

The experience has been amazing to put it simply. There has been a lot of positives to take and I have found myself spending more time on the Blockchain than I did spend on other social media platforms. This is a testament to how much fun I derive from hive coupled with the fact that I get paid for my activities here.

I have many reasons why I love hive and am pseudo-addicted to it

INCLUSIVITY
One of the things which I love about hive is the inclusivity and all encompassing attribute it possess. There are people from virtually every part of the world on hive, there are communities broadly covering every aspect of life and room created to accommodate any aspect that may have been missed out.

INDEPENDENCE
I also love the idea of being your own boss.
On hive, you decide what you want to do. Whether to write on a community prompt, to write on your own topic in a community or to even write on your own blog.
You could even create a community of your own for like minded people or for your own posts. The possibilities as I have observed are almost endless.

ORGANISATION
I love the organisation I have witnessed on hive, there are communities for writers, singers, crypto enthusiasts, gamers, architects, photographers, pet lovers, etc. Its very difficult or even impossible to feel left out on hive. Whatever you offer has a community that would appreciate it and welcome you.

COUNTRY REPRESENTATION
On hive, I have been able to learn a thing or two about some countries just by going through posts in the countries community. These communities also form a kind of online home for members of a nationality to interact and interestingly, other nationals are welcome to join in the fun, beautiful. I was once among the winners of a contest hosted on the Indiaunited community, even though I am not Indian. It was a pleasant experience.

INCOME
In addition to the fun I derive from Hive, I get finances too, which is quite awesome. Getting extra cash is always a good idea and I love it.

This is my response to the #juneinleo prompt topics day 11.
Here is the link, come join in the fun.

We must all suffer from one of two pains; the pain of discipline or the pain of regret. The difference is discipline weighs ounces while regret weighs tons.
