CCC's Street Art Contest, Knitting edition!

I have visited the town of Gent last weekend and let me tel you, I saw so many awesome street art, it's like magical! But for now this one stood out! I don't see much of this here on hive so I wanted to share this one first!

guerrilla knitting

...is what they call this! And I am not sure if people here have heard about it! Is this an international thing?

But to get to this street you have to go underneath a bridge! And still that are the places were you can spot some old school tags!

I also like these kind of art! simple but efficient to notice by many! And I love that it's double in the reflection!

Cool post. Few years ago, here in Montreal too, some trees also had knitted scarves. Perfect for winter 😀. Great letterings under this bridge. Under a bridge is never vandalism, it's ugly by default so it can only get better. Thanks for sharing these pics on The StreetArt Community.
