Hello friends, today I want to present to you one of the recipes of my beloved grandmother. As a child, I loved to eat this dish, which is a combination of carbohydrate and iron, which is very useful for our body. I am of the opinion that we should take care of ourselves by combining tasty and healthy food in the same combination

1 step- let's prepare the products by arranging everything around us so that it is not easy and pleasant to cook while cutting everything we have to do Now first we cut two onions, one of which is white and the other is red at our discretion Because I love onions very much and I know that it is very useful .Then we grate a big carrot which I generally like to bite into because you're not a real chef if you don't eat at least half of the produce while cooking haha
