Hola, gente que ama a la vida y también, crear cosas lindas. Estoy aquí con mi participación para el concurso que ha propuesto @diyhub con el fin de enaltecer el Día del agua que se celebra cada 22 de marzo y por cierto, este año no hizo mucho ruido. Este día, creo que estamos enfocados en cosas menos importantes.

Hello, people who love life and also, creating beautiful things. I'm here with my entry for the contest proposed by @diyhub to celebrate Water Day, which is celebrated every March 22 and by the way, this year it didn't make much noise. This day, I think we are focused on less important things.

El agua es un recurso vital para la vida y como tal se debe ciudad para poder disfrutar de dicho recurso tan valioso que hoy muchos no tenemos en casa y así lo digo porque en mi país ya entramos en verano y el agua realmente está escasa, ya no llega por las tuberías, todo se convierte en un caos y se tiene que recurrir a los famosos camiones de cisternas y comprar para poder tener almacenada hacer uso racionado del preciado líquido.

Water is a vital resource for life and as such it should be a city to be able to enjoy such a valuable resource that today many of us do not have at home and I say this because in my country we are already entering summer and water is really scarce, it no longer comes through the pipes, everything becomes a chaos and we have to resort to the famous tanker trucks and buy to be able to have stored and make rationed use of the precious liquid.

Este es importante porque hidrata nuestro cuerpo, permite nuestro aseo personal, mantiene las plantaciones en muy buen estado y a su vez las plantas pueden darnos frutos, y son tantos los beneficios que nos aporta el agua y tan poco que lo valoramos. Desde niño en la escuela recuerdo que siempre hacíamos actividades para celebrar el día del agua, salíamos a las calles de la ciudad desfilando con pancartas y trajes alusivos al día, todo se veía muy lindo, ahora que estoy en la universidad, no escuche nombrar tal día y es por ello que se me ocurrió crear un dibujo que englobe todo lo que es AGUA en la vida.

This is important because it hydrates our body, allows our personal hygiene, keeps the plantations in very good condition and in turn the plants can give us fruits, and there are so many benefits that water brings us and so little that we value it. Since I was a child at school I remember that we always did activities to celebrate water day, we went out to the streets of the city parading with banners and costumes alluding to the day, everything looked very nice, now that I am in college, I did not hear such a day and that is why it occurred to me to create a drawing that encompasses everything that is WATER in life.

Elegí hacer una ilustración porque es lo que más se da y me sale como del alma hacerlo, entonces; mi dibujo se basa en que el agua es fundamental para vivir porque nos llena de vida, no solo al ser humano también a la tierra como tal y todo lo que en ella existe, porque cuando nos deshidratamos, la misma palabra lo dice, estamos faltos de líquido y es eso, tomamos agua y como que revivimos, lo mismo con las plantas y hasta la tierra seca, por eso lo mejor que podemos hacer es conciencia y cuidar los lagos, mares, ríos y en casa no desperdiciar el vital líquido.

I chose to do an illustration because it is what is most common and it comes out of my soul to do it, then; My drawing is based on the fact that water is fundamental to live because it fills us with life, not only the human being but also the earth as such and everything that exists in it, because when we dehydrate, the same word says it, we are lacking liquid and that's it, we drink water and we revive, the same with plants and even the dry land, so the best thing we can do is awareness and care for the lakes, seas, rivers and at home not to waste the vital liquid.

Paso a paso🎨Step by step

Aquí les muestro la creación de mi dibujo digital donde el boceto se centra en un individuo que se nutre con el preciado líquido y a medida que las gotas de agua caen en su cuerpo, este va tomando fuerza, en la botella de agua se muestran unas cápsulas de diferentes colores, ellas representan los beneficios que aporta el agua. Por otro lado, se ve el planeta Tierra, que engloba a todos los seres vivos que necesitan de agua y fíjense que hay gotas de agua humedeciendo la tierra para llenarla de todos los beneficios que esta aporta. Los colores que use para esta ilustración fueron precisos dado que necesitaba resaltar con el azul y eso fue lo que hice, combinando con el marrón que representa la tierra y otros tonos como el negro, gris, verde y amarillo que no son tan notorios como el azul que es el principal y el marrón que le sigue a este.

Here I show you the creation of my digital drawing where the sketch focuses on an individual that is nourished with the precious liquid and as the drops of water fall on his body, he is gaining strength, in the water bottle are shown capsules of different colors, they represent the benefits that water brings. On the other hand, you can see the planet Earth, which encompasses all living beings that need water and notice that there are water drops moistening the earth to fill it with all the benefits it brings. The colors I used for this illustration were precise since I needed to highlight with the blue and that is what I did, combining with the brown that represents the earth and other tones such as black, gray, green and yellow that are not as noticeable as the blue that is the main one and the brown that follows it.
